Pregnancy & Parenting - 23 October 2006

It started last night, I went to bed w/ aches in my belly, that I thought were gas pains, They eventually stopped (Or I was just so tired I fell asleep and didn't notice them anymore) that was, Until I woke up at 1 am, Literally curling over in pain every few minutes, with the same pains, I got out of bed, Came into the living room, still having the pains, I felt like I had to use the bathroom, went and I had diarrhea, I thought the pains would stop, They didn't, I was still curling over in pain every few minutes, Went to the bathroom again, same result. Laid back down, felt a few more of the pains, And eventually (Come 3 am) I fell back asleep, VERY restless sleep mind you, I think I woke up like 30 times last night. I got up this morning, and JUST started feeling the pains again! I went to the bathroom as soon as I got up, And again, Had diarrhea, Is this a sign that my body is cleaning itself out for labor to begin shortly?

I am on the pill and have been for 4 years, everythings always been fine. I always take it at the right time etc, but this month im worried as yes i had a period - a lot heavier than normal and only lasted 3 days (usually is 4-5) I have lost my appitite and my sleep is dreadful because i feel sick at night time.
I have depression so i know this affects my sleep and appitite as it always has done but im just worried.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Everytime I tell him to do something he either whines or fusses. I still make him do it. But Its getting really bad now! I have no idea what to do. He fusses so much.

It seems like everyone is out to scare me about epidurals, I read horror stories about it but I cant be that bad if women have been getting it for ages,Im not good with pain so I will need one I was wondering if there are other options you hve used and worked for you

I am married, and I have a baby that is one, and I am pregnant again even with using protection. I feel like a loser and a bum. I am at work righ now and I can't stop crying because I feel like a complete loser. I used to look at people who had tiny babies and were pregnant again like they were crazy, and now I may be one of them. I feel like puking because I am so ashamed of myself.

I just found out I am going to be a Mom (YAY!), and in the last few days, I've been getting some mild cramping in my lower abdomen. My sister, who has two kids, says that it is my uterus stretching making room for the baby, and it should all be normal. Just because I am a first time mommy, and overly cautious, has anyone else felt this during their pregnancy?

my son will turn four in December. So, my children will be about 4 and half years apart. Anyone else have a space like this between children and are they close? I have two sisters and there is about 10 years between us and I always wanted my children to grow up close as we really didn't because of the age gaps. Thanks so much! Just Curious;)

I know they say it's safe to have sex during pregnancy but I worry about having sex in missionary position (man on top) because my husband is laying on top of me. I worry that him pressing on top of me will hurt the baby. Anyone have advice on this?

COSTCO/ Kirkland brand diapers.....why do they even make them?
I think they have to be the worst diapers out there. I have complained to COSTCO to bring back the Pampers line they used to carry, but to no avail. I think the brand is called Kirkland. It is horrible. Anyone else have any problems with these?

I am so scared how can i find out if me and my husband can have children both of us are youngh we are 22 we have been trying for more than seven months and nothing yet. I am So scared i told him that if i ever found out i cannot have children i will get a divorce i want him to be happy and have a family of his own he said that what about if it wasent' me maybe him.He said he loves me whatever happends and he said we can always adopt. ok im 6 weeks pregnant and i have really bad nausea...i havent vomited yet but i really feel like im about to....im in one of my college classes right now and cant afford to be vomiting alot....or be nauseated...i know the rule you play you pay...but does anyone know how to get rid of the nausea before i actually dod vomit and get sent home early????

I'm afraid my 23yr old bf is infertile, he had a lump in his testicles and was removed by an operation now having around 20 stitches or more when he was only 16 yrs old. I don't know what exactly the operation was and when I asked him he looks confused and doesn't tell me what is was except describing what it looked like. Now being almost 3yrs together and sexually active he does ejaculate inside me after ovulation or during my period and he doesn't seem afraid of getting me pregnant even though I made him know that I do not want to get pregnant at this age. A couple of times he even mentioned what about having problems having children, what will I do, will I leave him or not. Can anyone help me I am worried about this operation I am afraid he may be infertile.

It happens far too much...
I was watching Date Line and they had several couples who were looking to adopt a baby...One couple found a woman was willing to give her baby to a couple and so the couple gave the mother some money for living expenses and paid the legal fees to the attorney...come to find out it was a scam...the woman on the internet said her name was cristy...as so it seems she was promising her baby to about 4-5 other couples but when it came time for the baby to be born she would cut off all contact.

Dateline started a investigation on this woman and found out that she lied about everything....

Go to dateline nbc and type in A web of Deceit..thats the title...

What should happen to this woman???
What are your thoughts on this???
Does the birth mother have to many rights????

Many interesting other facts were discovered about her she was married twice after pilling allot of debt in her husbands name she just left them...

She seems t me a pathological lyer

I watch my friends 2yr old 5 days week 10hrs or more a day. I also have two kids of my own a 2yr old and 5yr old. My friend is paying me $80 a week to watch her child and she deducts from my pay if she doesnt come or holiday. My mom says shes using me and should be paying more for those kind of hours and I even take care of her child when shes sick and sometimes she comes to pick her up late because she stops at the grocery store. So I recently told her that I was gonna charge her $90 a week and that she was gonna have to pay every week whether or not she comes or if its a holiday. And also that she had to pick her up by 5pm..(she drops her between 7-7:30 am). So her reaction to this is "well if I have to pay weekly for this I want to claim this on my taxes or I'll use a childcare facility!" So am I charging to much for this because I called around average is $105-$120 a week and some do not even provide lunch? She acted like she got mad I just wanted to see if I was being fair.

We 've been apart for quite sometime, but have always remained in touch every now and then. Recently he visited me after a long time and after talking about trivial things he told me he loves me. I was quite taken aback bythat declaration as I thought we were "friends". Every now and then he visits me and I'm afraid that i'll "allow" myself to fall inlove with him again. If he doesn't love me then i don't want that to happen. And i definately don't want us to get involved sexually either! However, the more time we spend together ,the more I want it to, and it's only a matter of time before it does.

Im really confused because I do still feel something for him but how do I know if he really loves me?
