Pregnancy & Parenting - 23 October 2006

Hey everyone,
I just found out that I am pregnant and we are going to see my husbands family at a halloween party next weekend and I dont even have a costume yet... Does anyone have any ideas of what I should dress up as to kinda give them all the clue that we are having a baby??? I wanna do something different I am a plus size woman also.. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

So i have a 19 week scan on nov 5th was just wondering what is the 19 week scan test for and why do i only have to drink only 2 glasses of water instead of the usual litre.was just curious as i was also hoping to see the sex of the baby in this one will they be able to see considering my bladder isnt as full as usual.Any help thanks guys xx

I thought maybe it was the dark, so I got toys that light up so he could see, but it didn't work. Even driving with the over head light on does not seem to calm him down. It wouldn't be so bad if I didnt have to do any night time driving, but that is just inevitable! Any suggestions?

I need opinions. I live in the Seattle area and my daughter is almost 11 and my son is a very lively boy at almost age 1. I'm a stay at home mom and I am wondering if a dog would be good to have? I've always loved bigger family type dogs like retrievers But I also like medium sized bichon Frise or something of that type. I am not one to like to pick up poop but I spose I'd learn.

We live in a towhome (3 stories) too with no yard, but we can walk the dog..I doubt that would be an issue. I'm sure with a dog I'd need to get a "sitter" for when we go out of town, turn my smaller car into a mini van to transport the dog as well.

Would a dog really entertain my son? I've always wanted a 3rd child, but a dog may be a good substitution.

i have told u abt them roaming naked.
i told them several times
even punished them but they are not listening
they seem to think of this to be normal
when i scolded them they were covered for some time
and then they were naked.

i am really troubled.
what should i do??

i do that these days he'll zzz ok but sometimes he wakes up crying & i'll try burp him but he'll puke instead.. he's a puker really, always volcano puke... he thriving alright... very difficult to burp him, believe me i tried all ways & means, juz end up a messy bb...

I also have a chunky, white discharge. I don't think that I'm pregnant but how will you know if you are. I just wanted to get some medical advise. For people who do not believe in abortions,I'm sorry if this offends you but I had a very tramatic event that happened to me where an abortion had to occur or my life and my child's life would have been at risk! Lets say your child when to a school that allowed paddling, you knew the principal and overall liked them. Would you allow them to paddle your child? My sons go to a school that allows it, but I'm not sure if I should let them. We do spank are children sometimes and to tell you the truth I do not think they will ever need to. However I would rather them get the paddle than be supended if they ever got in trouble. What do you think? Does anyone allow their childs school to use corporal punishment?

Something every other little kid is NOT going to be.
She is 15 months and walking, she has blonde hair and blue eyes.
I can buy items to work with but I would like to find something at home.
We are having a costume party this year and I want to dress her up cute, maybe a cute joke that all of the adults would get...
Oh and her favorite cartoon is SpongeBob, but I dont want to go buy a costume from a store.
Any ideas at all would be awesome.

i am17.my younger brother is 15 & my elder sister is 19.
my mom is single parent so ig generally out of town.
we have been an open family, so i am always naked at my home or just in bra and panties.my brother & sister are always naked at home.our mom said us to cover ourselves but i think as in family there is no need to cover up in front of brother sister or mom.

i am also naked in my terrace & balcony
as we are on 17 floor and the top one nobody could see me there.

my brother and me sometimes bath together for fun and three of us sleep together.

is it correct if not why?

i was wondering if it is true that you can not get muscle where you were cut at. The doctors told me i could not but i met a friend and she done it but i have not talk her in a long time and i was wondering how hard is it to get the muscle back and what kind of excersises can i do if i can get the muscle back.

i havent had my period this month. my bf pulled out before me c u med. he wore a condom, i have no symoptoms of being pregant but my breast are larger and i have stretch marks. but tat might be becasue they are growing. so idk. but a clear liquid came out of my nipple. im 15. plz help

Oh My God! The other day my husband and I were eating at a restaurant and we had my daughter at the end of the table in a high chair. She is 18 months old by the way. Anyway, the waitress wouldn't stop touching my daughter and playing with her. We couldn't eat comfortably for the entire meal. We finally decided to move my daughter to the farthest end of the table that way she couldn't get to her and maybe she would get the picture, but nope she didn't. She moved the other table and chairs to get across to my daughter. She kept asking kisses from my daughter and almost came close to actually kissing her at one point. It was very annoying. What would you have done?

I'm not trying to sound gross,but does anyone know what causes you to have lots of discharge?I'm having alot of discharge,I can feel it coming out of me sometimes and I've never done this before. Has any one experienced this also?

ok im a dude but my best friend thinks she pregnant. she just thinks no real proof yet but this morning she threwup. for no real reason. and ive known her 4ever and she never throws up. she said she just started her period lyk yesterday but i looked it up and it says u can b pregnant and have ur period if she is pregnant it would have happened on saterday. i looked this up 2 and it says morning sickness can occur the day after conception. shes my best friend and im just wondering if any1 out there has gone threw this or can figure out if she really is pregnant. shes gonna get a pregnancy test soon but shes really scared. any1 out there hu knows anything please help.
