You should be concentrating on school not on screwing 21 year old men. This is the problem with kids today. 16 year olds getting pregnant who have no business with a baby, they are babies themselves. Oh and I can speak on this, my sister had a baby when she was 16, I read her the same riot act. Havent you ever heard of birth control and condoms? Geesh!!!

call the courthouse and talk to them to get specific information. In some counties, you can actually get married at 16 without parental consent if you are pregnant. You have to show a doctor's note though as proof that you are pregnant. Otherwise, you need parental consent.
Also, check the lawsin your state about statuatory rape. Since you are 16 and he is 21 it is a gray area. Depending on your state, it might or might not be rape.

Well, firstly, it depends on the state you live in. If you live in one of the states I've listed below, it is legal for him to have sex with you, and he won't get into trouble. If your state isn't on this list, it's considered to be statutory rape when he has sex with you, because you are not considered legally old enough to consent in your state.
The reason I mention this is because you are going to have to tell your parents, because they have to sign a form consenting that you marry him because you're under 18. Depending on how unhappy they are about it, they may decide legal action is in order instead. (There is also the case of a girl in Nebraska who was 14, got pregnant by her boyfriend who was about 23, and her parents were okay with it, they got married, and then the state Attorney General prosecuted him and he went to jail for 18 months.)
Your first order of business is to tell your parents. Since you do have a plan, you need to be able to present it, show that you're prepared, and be calm about it. Don't start shouting, because that will get you nowhere, and you need your parents right now.
If your boyfriend hasn't proposed, you may want to take that into consideration.
I hope your parents already approved of your relationship with him, for all of your sakes.
Good luck, and here is the list of states where legal consent for sexual activity is 16:
Nevada
South Dakota
Kansas
Oklahoma
Arkansas
Minnesota
Iowa
Michigan
Indiana
Ohio
Kentucky
Mississippi
Alabama
Georgia
South Carolina
North Carolina
Pennsylvania
West Virginia
Maryland
New Jersey
Connecticut
Rhode Island
Massachusetts
New Hampshire
Vermont
Maine

technically you cant marry considering that you are a minor, but i think that you may a parents permission to go through with it.
but seriously you have to think it out for the child too. do you really think you can handle a kid, cause they arent a something that you can take to lightly...its alot of work and esp. with you only being 16. do some research and then maybe you might think over some things with that man of yours.

well in most states what happened is against the law.. in georgia you can get married without parental consent since you're pregnant. In other states you have to have your parents sign papers for you.. good luck getting them on your side.

Well, that depends on what state you live in. In some, your parents can prosecute him for statutory rape. In others, it's perfectly legal. Just do some research on the Internet. Hope everything works out. Take care or yourself and your baby.
