I am 18 and in love with a guy who will most likely go to jail for Vehicular homicide was not done on purpose he was just trying to scare the girl as a joke.I really still love him and feel heartbroken will i ever get over this? my mom says i will just forget him and this will just be a bad memory and i will find someone else better but i dont think i ever will. My mom says she does not want me to have anymore contact with him and no letters to prison either while i live under her roof!Is this unfair?

When ever I tell my 3 year old son not to do something, my partner will often challenge me infront of my son. I have spoke to him about this but it only seems to make matters worst. It has reached the point now where I feel that I should not say anything. I expecting a baby in the next 3 weeks and feel that if I am having problems (being undermind and not backed up) with one child- it will be even worst with another. I am beginning to feel that my son hates me as I am seen as the 'kill joy'.

ok now my last period was sep 25 so I knew that my period should have been any day now...the thing is now I just went to the bathroom and noticed some (srry) like very dark red almost brown like sticky tacky blood when I wiped.now im not sure in this spotting or my period...what does spotting look like and what does this sound like to you???now if this is spotting if I take a preg test tommorrow morn will it come up correct???

I know this girl who used to be a really good friend of mine but recently I have lost almost all respect for her. My problem is the way she is raising her kids. I don't like to judge but when it comes to neglect I can't put up with it. Recently her husband was deported to mexico and the two of them have 3 kids. He was a very poor excuse for a husband and I actually witnessed him beating her infront of the kids. Now that he's gone, she has completely forgotten the kids. She leaves them with her sister every day and most nights. She refuses to work and any money she gets she sends straight to him. Her sister is being forced to pay for the childrens food and even the rent. Her sister is extremely upset by this but fears what the family will do if she trys anything. Should I report her to srs? Her kids have been stripped from her before for neglect and now she's doing it all over again.

My daughter will be 2 in December and where trying to potty train her and it's so hard!!! She'll going #2 on the potty, but she pee's in her panties all day long. Even if I sit her on the pot she'll hold her pee. Someone PLEASE HELP ME......

I am 40 weeks and 1 day. My Doc told me on Tuesday that that I am 1.5cm dilated and 90% effaced. This morning I woke up and had a brown pinkish looking discharge ( I guess my bloody show). Please let me start labor soon!!!!! Good luck to all Pregnant women out there and congrats!

Me and my fiance have two kids VERY close together one will be 1 YRS on November 15th and the other will be born on November 28th. Im not sure how a one year old will react to having a sibling, She loves attention as it is, every since about 6 months she has been very clingy towards me, which she used to be a huge daddys girl. Now its all about mommy. I feel really bad sometimes thinking about it, things have already changed, We switched her over to a toddler bed, which she doesnt like this at all because I have had her in bed with me since day 1. I cant really get down on the floor and play with her anymore,because its hard to get up. I dont have energy either. Just alot of different things...I dont know what to do. I feel like im being torn apart from her some how and I dont want her to feel left out or anything when the baby comes. And I dont want to feel like im favoring one baby over another...any advice would be appreciated.

i have a friend who told me today shes pregnant shes set on having an abortion i am totally against abortions my friend wants me to go with her to have the abortion ive spent most of today trying to talk her out of it i find this hard as im pregnant with twins and i feel i cant deal with her situation i had a scan today and took her with me to show her that babies are a living gift that should have a chance of life my friend says she wont have the baby i said i would have it once its born do i go with her or disown her as my friend i really dont know what to do

My second little one just turned 3 months and he has been drinking 6 oz in his bottle since he was 2 months. Prior to that he was drinking 5 oz and wanting to eat like every 2 hours. I upped it to 6 oz at 2 months per the doctor's advice and that worked for a bit. Now it seems he is again getting hungry at 2- 2 1/2 hours after his last feeding. I don't want to up his milk intake again because the doctor said he was gaining too much weight because he was eating too much too frequently. So, my question is: Is it okay to put about 1 tablespoon of cereal in a 6 oz bottle? Will it make a difference? Please let me know your experiences with this. Thanks!

My daughter who is 2-1/2 years old is at daycare now (my friend's house) and she just called me to tell me that my daughter has not gone pee-pee today at all. This is our third day into potty-training. We have half-heartedly tried before but end up giving into the diaper. But this time we are really sticking to our guns and not giving in. My daycare says my daughter has held herself and acted like she has to go potty but then nothing happens whenever she is put onto the toilet. She is put on the toilet about every 30-60 minutes for about 10-15 minutes each time. I'm very worried about the fact that my baby is holding her urine and not going. Can't this cause a bladder infection? What should we do? Do we cave and put her in a diaper? She is not crying or uncomfortable but I'm concerned about her holding her urine. Please, please any suggestions?
