Pregnancy & Parenting - 2 August 2006

My son is three months old... I have a job and so does my fiance and we have our own home.. Ok now that you know you backround... heres the big question.. i'm late I usually get my period around the last week of the month now its the 1st and nothing... I found myself to be tired a lot more than usual... what should i do (other than take a preg. tests?)
Advice on how to manage all of this?

I just recently got employeed with a company who offers not benefits. I am 2 months pregnant and I have not told my employeer yet. I am not showing and I feel that I problay will not until i am 4 months. Can my employeer fire me because of this or is it against the law. I am planning on telling him once I have been working there for two months thats when I am four months pregnant. Is that okay?

My baby is four weeks old. She nurses pretty often during the day and at night she sometimes goes for a full 5-7 hours without waking to eat...is this ok? She has gained weight steadily and is doing fine..i was just curious if its ok to lether sleep so long without eating..

My wife is Pragnent & she smokes120 cigarettes daily.
she is of 21 years of age.Her name is Sucheta.
She smokes continuously , she always inhales deeply & keep smoke inside lungs for long period ,she never wants to keep her hands free.I always see her smoking .she always have A Cigarette in her hand .She does not smoke only during sleeping.she even smokes during bathing ,toilet,breakfast, lunch,dinner,She smokes the cigarette of company gold flake of King Size,As she has no work to do because of pregnancy, so she smokes continuously,Is there Any problem to her as well as child?

Seriously what are some ways other then having sex and walking a lot to help me go into labor. I posted a question earlier and people thought I was in labor but wasn't when I went to the doctor today. I am 39 wks and sick of being pregnant. The boy I babysit will be two in Sept, and he can play the harmonica. I mean PLAY it, not just make noise. He knows how to move it across his mouth making the different notes. He has SID with signs of autism. Nobody has worked with him on this, he just picked it up and started doing it. Developmentally, for those who know, is this normal, or an amazing talent?

no offense to any mom, but from where i come from we believe in "feed on demand", i don't think that waking babies up at three a.m. to eat is good for neither the baby or the mother, because sleeping is very important for BOTH of them.
so why do u do that? and who came up with this idea... i'm asking seriuosly... please tell me it's not a man who came up with this!
