this probably sounds boring as could be to you, but its a tactic that i have used since I was like 8: think about your future when you will be out of your mommas house, if youre like me and cant wait/feel worried/want to be prepared....
I know, that probably sounded like the most boring thing I could have told you, however, it keeps me sane since I do it for like 6 hours every day
