Pregnancy & Parenting - 7 July 2006

I am trying to get pregnant but nothing has happend yet i am regular all the time i am on my period today and i feel weird i am having lots of craps and feeling dizzy and i feel sick to my stomach. I try geeting pregnant on my ovulation days but nothing. and i don't have a problem please can you tell me how can i make this happend is there any web site out there that will help me i don't have any babys or anithing i just need advice and help thank you very much for your answears.

I have never been pregnant before but "feel" pregnant...can't pin it...so I took a pregnancy test VERY early (Period due on the 13th of July) and it was negative. Then tested this past Mon, Tues, Weds & Thurs and have gotten faint positives on all tests...even used different brands to be sure. I am SO excited but know I need bloodwork to confirm. Just looking for hope!!!!

I am in the process of potty training my daughter who will be 3 in Oct. She enjoys going and sitting on the potty but doesn't actually use it even though she says she does. She wants to wear big girl panties like her sisters but I tell her she has to start going in the potty to be able to wear them. She has done it twice at daycare but won't at home. If anyone has any suggestions on the best way to help her along, please let me know.

My tween daughter is entering a whole new world of feelings and her interest is perked about her body, boys, sex, meeting boys, money, fashion, making friends, school, college, traveling etc.? Right? i dont understand my period, initially, thats some years back it was regular, but after an ectopic surgery, its not regular anymore, sometomes i will feel pregnant, all the sysmptoms of pregnacy almost complete including missing of period (sometimes 4-6days) and maybe on the 5th day after my expecting date, it will start flowing, and all the symptoms going away gradually. i dont know if my cycle is 28, 30, 34, or 35.
for example, i saw my period on may 23rd, and around 18-20 of june, i started feeling funny, my boobs got biger, i had nausea, a lot of craving for food (normally i eat a little) things like that. and i missed 23,24,25,26, and on the 27th it came. God!!, i need help. what should i do? i have done test, they said i dont have infectio, i went to scan, everything is perfect! so wat the prob?

My sister wants a baby but, right now, don't really want any attachments when having it. She has a boyfriend but, she don't want a baby with him right now. She wants for them to get married first but, she wants a baby now. Do you think that artificial insimenation is a bad thing? Should she do it?

My last labor ended in a c-section which was a source of great depression for me (right or wrong). The recovery was awful also. I'm hoping to have a vaginal birth this time and was wondering if anyone has accomplished this and if so, what made the difference?

My 13 year old son recently expressed that he wants to set up a myspace account. However, I've heard so many bad things about it (at least for younger children). I understand for adults it's a great place to catch up with old friends etc... but I've seen some of these kid's profiles...the little girls are dressed provocatively and they look like they are 18 or 19 when they are little girls!!! I was just wanting other parent's views on the subject.

He will not take naps, and he only sleeps about 10 hours at night. Maybe once in a blue moon, he will sleep for 12 hours. I know that 10 is not enough for him, because he wakes up cranky and will have spurts of being overly hyper and then very grumpy. I don't know how to get him to sleep longer at night. The only thing I have found to help sometimes is hang black fabric over his windows to keep the light out.

My daughter just turned three a couple of weeks ago and she has been potty trained for a while now and doing fine. The problem we're having now with her is bed wetting. We used pull-ups at night for a while and she did fine and would always wake up dry. As soon as we started putting real panties on her at night, she began wetting the bed around two or three nights a week.

Is this normal? Why would she NOT pee in the pull ups but does pee in her panties??? I don't get it.

She does fine otherwise during the day and during her nap time.
