Sometimes after a surgery that involves the reproductive parts a persons body will go through a mourning period - it will pretty much keep hoping that each month you have become pregnant. When implantation had not occured your body is trying to figure out what went wrong. This also happens when you desperately want to be pregnant. The mind is an amazing thing, and when it is confused, it causes the body to act confused.

So that being said, I suggest that you start using ovulation kits to determine when you are ovulating and home pregnancy tests to see if you have concieved during the time when you are late. Under the sources I am going to include some sites that sell ovulation kits and pregnancy tests in bulk at a cheap rate.
Good luck!!

It is probably the effects of the ectopic surgery. Remember premenstrual symptoms are the same as early pregnancy symptoms, including food cravings, nausea and slightly enlargement of your breasts. I recommend you to get a saliva microscope to determine when you are ovulating, Fertile Focus Microscope is the one I used when I planned my pregnancy, you can tests every day as many times as you want. That can help you see when you are ovulating and then go from there. Are you taking any kind of vitamins? prenatal vitamins help your body get all the nutricion you need and it helps your reproductive system work right. I also suggest you to chart anything that goes on with you, and give your body some time to recover, we all have things going on after a surgery because our bodies have to get used to whatever is missing now or whatever we have added, all surgeries need to be given recovery time. I would just relax and drink some tea, Chamomile tea is good for relaxing. Good luck.

It sounds like your period is irregular, meaning your cycle may be 28 days one time, and 36 days the next. This is pretty normal for lots of women.

This doesn't mean you can't get pregnant, but it means that it will be hard to predict when you ovulate. You can get an ovulation predictor kit, where you test your pee and they tell you when you are fertile. This may help you boost your chances of getting pregnant.

I know this is frustrating for you, but it can take time to get pregnant. Sounds like you've done what you need to do to make sure you are in working order, and that time is all you need.

I'm very sorry for your ectopic pregnancy.

Just see you GYN and ask him/her they may recomend a low dose birthcontrol pill. If you are already on birthconrol then that may be your problem. If that doesn't help you then that means its all mental.Do you want to be pregnant?
