My sister wants a baby but, right now, don't really want any attachments when having it. She has a boyfriend but, she don't want a baby with him right now. She wants for them to get married first but, she wants a baby now. Do you think that artificial insimenation is a bad thing? Should she do it?

Someone doesn't have to be married in order to have a kid and if she thinks she is able to take care of the baby then she is okay. I'm sure she is very capable of taking care of a baby on her own. In-Vitro is not bad at all. I have been TTC for 1 1/2 yrs now and well I might have to resort to In-Vitro....but right now my husband and i are getting stationed in Korea so we have to wait for a few years. Tell her i wish her the best of luck and for her to go with what her heart tells her and remind her that with In-Vitro it is possible to have more than one child....actually VERY likely....but whatever she decides is her choice...

No, artificial insemination is not a bad thing but it can be a decision based on the wrong reasons. Only your sister knows if this is the right decision for her. How old is she? If she is still young she still has plenty of time to meet the right guy to have a baby with. Talk to her to make sure she knows that she truly wants to do this - and if she does, that's good.

Artificial Insemination isn't a bad thing but it takes time and money to get this done. My advice is that she really needs to think about this first and maybe see a counselor in this area so they can weigh the pros and cons out together. I am sure the doctor could give her a name of a counselor for recommendation.

If she is going to marry this guy later then she should wait. This guy may hold it against her. But no artificial insemination is not wrong

Get artificail insemination treatment in India .IVF treatment ,artificial insemination,IUI,ICSI and Laparoscopic surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges all types of medical treatment andsurgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as some of the surgery including ivf treatment is not covered by insurance.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your IVF treatment can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The doctors are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.I recently also read about a chinese couple facilitated by forerunners healthcare were able to get their baby by IVF and a surrogate mother.

my cousin and her husband got their IVF treatment in India through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company. She is a known case of PCOS.She is a very happy mother of a baby boy now. She just paid 2500 pounds for the full treatment for which she was quoted 8000 pounds in private setup in UK.I strongly recommend this company to you as they can be of great help to you.hope this helps
