Pregnancy & Parenting - 7 July 2006

I've had one c-section because my first child was breeched. I will be trying for a VBAC this time around. I just found out that my mid wife cant be there for the labor.(insurance changed the policy or something like that) Any way the dr replacing her says I have to dilate 1 cm every hour or I'll have another c-section. Is this a reasonable amount of time for my body to preform such a task? THANKS

My husband is very strict ex military and our 15 year old son is awesome! straight a's on the deans list and works full time at the college this year. Never been in trouble for anything and he is soooooo wonderful to have as a son! I know he is not perfect but his dad is soooo strict! He has a whole line up like trash-picking weeds-laundry-mowing lawn-dishes-and gets very very angry and will call him names if its not done HIS WAY! Is it wrong of me to cover up for my son when my hubby goes off the deep end and lie or do one of his chores for him????? Im his mom and I love him and hubby is sooooo strict! Am t the obnly one who does this????

Okay..me n this guy were dating for about 2 yrs n then we broke up..we are still really good friends but sometimes when were together I feel as if we are more than friends n I can tell he feels like this 2 but he wont go out with me again..I have not asked him but I know this is true because I use to ask him alot and now I just dont bother him anymore. Well I think that I cant get another boyfriend because all the girls at my school are skinny stuck up bitches and I will never be as pretty as they are. Lets face it im not the prettiest gurl..and I feel like im HUGE..but really im not that fat. I just can not compare to these other girls. Therefore I though this boy did not want me back because I was fat and so I started hangin out with other people who were not a good crowd to be involved with and I lost a lot of weight and other boys started liking me. Now this guy who broke up with me is wanting to be with me again..should I be with him or does he like me because im smaller..?!

This is my second baby and he's only 2 weeks old. I know you can't cure it and I hear that babies get it from their mother's hormones. I would like to know if there is some way to get rid of it faster or anything special I should be doing for them.

My son is 1 he just turned it yesterday and he eats like crazy. Gerber has those pasta pick up and he will eat 2 things of those and then a jar of like diced veggies and a jar of diced fruit and a bottle of juice or milk. Before he even seems to want to stop is that to much. He eats most adult food well already i just used the gerber foods for reference to how much he eats. He eats three meals a day and then wants to snack all day. My two other kids are 3 and 5 and they never ate this much lol.
