Has there ever been a child that listened when they were told not to touch fire because it's hot?

Yes, because that is when mommy and daddy has on the deep voice and use the childrens actual first names. Until the children understand, they should not be placed in a situation where they will have a chance to touch fire.

None of mine did. I would let them touch it the first time so they understand what HOT means, then they never touched it again.

dont stop him going to fire (little amount) lets his brain explore by himself that what thing is this once he will touch the fire he'll feel hot and may injure his hand so obviously he wont do it again........but u should be near him to cure it quickly with cream toothpaste etc..................but dont let him to electricity okay

Yes, they may not listen the first couple times that you tell them. But, it only takes one time at burning there hand, and I bet they won't do it again! =)

yes they do listen just at right time... at around 2 and half yrs of age they have better understanding about things...

no , tell them but theyll learn it themselves eventually lol let them learn from their mistakes at a young age, Thats how my dog learned not to stick his nse in the oven whe he smelled something good coming out of it

yes and its the best way to teach them as long as you watch them so they only get the heat and not burn then yes let them do it . it will only take one time.
