I felt pretty darned good. That was a good time of pregnancy for me, not heavy yet, boobs had stopped hurting, food was awesome and I had tons of energy. A few weeks later, that all went out the window and I felt very pregnant again.

I was pretty tired all the time when I was 20 weeks. I also suggest getting "What to expect" It's an excellent book..

Also, if you want more support..This is a fun website with mom who are currently pregnant and have babies.. I have an 11 month old and I don't know what I would have done without it. I think there are some other girls who are probably due around the same time as you are. It's great to be able to see who has the same symptoms as you and who is experiencing what. My name is Cristie...

I'm 20 weeks pregnant too! :) Congrats!!

Right now I'm feeling better than I have in a while. I'm having a little bit of pain in my sides and lower stomach, but the Dr. said it's just stretching. You should probably be eating more by now...having a more hearty appetite. You might feel the baby move a little...I have and do almost everyday now! It feels similar to gas bubbles or my stomach growling. Your nipples will darken (sorry if this is too much info, haha!) and you stomach will start to be more noticeable. People say you belly button starts to stick out soon...mine hasn't yet. I have a lot more energy now, and can actually do stuff now without feeling like I'm going to fall asleep! Good luck with everything, and I hope this helped a little :)

At 20 weeks most women feel at their best in the pregnancy. They start to show so they don't just feel fat all the time. The baby moves a lot more and others can start to feel it move. You crave LOTS of foods now all the time, and you have to start to pee like every 2 hours now as the baby is getting closer to your bladder. You can start to feel those obnoxious ligament pains around your belly from your ligaments growing and your skin may start to itch too from your skin stretching!! Congrats!

First and foremost, you're probably feeling baby kicking & bouncing around!

nasal stuffiness
bleeding gums
anemia
nipple leakage
pregnancy glow
bigger abdomen - definitely showing
sensitivity to sunlight (burn easier)
constipation
change in sexual desire (up/down)
hearty appetite
sleep changes (harder to get comfortable)
fatigue
heartburn
swelling feet
stretch marks
spine curving, backaches
headaches
round ligament pain - ligaments stretching to accomodate growing uterus
vaginal discharge (if bright red bleeding, call doc)
decrease in frequency of urination

These are all possibilities - you may receive all or none.

Your growing baby is causing your internal organs to press against your lungs, which can make breathing more difficult or sometimes make you feel you are out of breath. So while you are exercising or even running errands, pay attention to what your body tells you and slow down if you feel out of breath.

The midway point is when many women develop anemia, so make sure you get enough iron, and take supplements if necessary.

You should feel the baby moving around. You could possibly have some tightening in the stomach from your belly growing.
