HA!
My sister just bought some of these yesterday (she's preggo).
It's a placebo...but it can work. As my sister says "Who cares, I get candy in the morning...how can that be bad?"

I bought these. I actually had to check with my doctor to make sure that they were safe, because they don't list the ingredients on the canister.
They're supposed to have some sort of antioxidant in them, and keep the saliva going to help keep you hydrated.
Personally, I got headaches from them. Maybe from the sugar rush that I had, but don't know. And they're basically nothing but candy.
For morning sickness, a better concoction is 1/2 unisom gel cap with a vitamin B6 pill. Take only 1/2 pill, and take at night. It might still make you sleepy.
And keep yourself hydrated. Take sips of water as often as possible. Dehyrdation is bad for the baby, and can make nausea worse. Not to mention cramping - and constipation!
If that doesn't work, call your doctor. Mine prescribed Zofran for me (anti-nausea, instant dissolve, very expensive pills).

Depends how bad your morning sickness is. They didn't work at all curing my first pregnancy, but I did get some relief during my second pregnancy. Other good things are ginger, either candied ginger or ginger tea, the smell of lemons, and fizzy water.

I used the peppermint and spearmint flavors and they helped some. You want some real relief? Try Peppermint Altoids. They were the only thing that worked for me.

Just a piece of advice regarding morning sickness. My doctor told me that it is better to munch on cereal (with 12 daily vitamins) than crackers. Why? Because crackers don't have any real nutritional value to them. Don't waste the calories and you'll be heathier. (Never used Preggie Pops. Sorry.)

i've heard they work pretty well, but i haven't tried them... i went out and got fresh ginger root from the grocery store... just snipped off a tiny bit and chewed. ginger works really well. they even did a study on it, making people purposely dizzy & nauseous just to see what remedies worked the best.
