I have never been pregnant before but "feel" pregnant...can't pin it...so I took a pregnancy test VERY early (Period due on the 13th of July) and it was negative. Then tested this past Mon, Tues, Weds & Thurs and have gotten faint positives on all tests...even used different brands to be sure. I am SO excited but know I need bloodwork to confirm. Just looking for hope!!!!

A faint positive is a positive. I did the same thing when I was pregnant with my son, and I could never get enough confirmation that I actually was pregnant. For me, it didn't feel real until I felt my son move, even though I had seen him on ultrasounds! Congratulations! I wish you all the best!

As faint as it may be it doesn't change the fact your pregnant! Geesh! Don't spend any more $$ on tests. I had a faint line when I was pregnant with my daughter and was told if a line appears, even a very faint one, you're pregnant. The clinic even told me that the test was accurate enough I didn't need a blood test. I got a blood test anyways just to be sure. Why don't you call and get an appointment with the lab for a blood test? Normally they can do those right away.

A line is a line!! congratulations it sounds like you are pregnant. When I tested I tested 6 days before my period and I got a faint line, I got a very strong line at about 5 days after my missed period. There is no such a thing as a false positive!

Well, some women just know when they are pregnant. I hope you are, you sounds really excited. I wish you the best of luck and the best adivce i can give you is to wait for the blood test results to come back and hopefully it is what you want :) The blood tests are always accurate...so much better than HPT

You can test again on Saturday because the hormone will have doubled by then. If there's any line at all, it means positive, even if its faint. So you can be VERY hopeful! Congrats!

ok..you can have a false negative, but you can't have a false positive!!! either the pregnancy hormone is present or it ain't!!!!! the test will not detect the hormone if it is not there, so CONGRATS!!, on being pregnant! i did the same thing with my first pregnancy, except i bought like 8 test.....what a waste of money! plus, mommy intuition was right as usual!!!! have fun with this pregnancy!
