My tween daughter is entering a whole new world of feelings and her interest is perked about her body, boys, sex, meeting boys, money, fashion, making friends, school, college, traveling etc.? Right? What tops the list of things that she would want (not necessarily need) to know about, but be afraid to ask?

ANYTHING, about the male sex..hahah ... but dont go get a teen book and try to be cool about it.... and anything about her body... but again it's weird when parents try to act cool...

I'm 26 now and when I was a teen I was scared to talk about sex and my parents never talked to me about it. I got pregnant when I was 16. I have two daughters 9 & 8 and as soon as they start their periods I'm going to start them on birth control and I will sat down and talk to them about sex/and the diseases you can get. Hopefully I can scare the crap out of them so they won't want to even try it.
