Does she mind?Or does she ask him to?
Is she married? If so, doe her husband mind?
What are the circumstances surrounding why he does it?

My sister is 25 and lives at home with both of my parents and she suffers from rhuematoid arthritis. My dad rubs her feet and ankles when she asks him to.

I agree w/ Kristi; it's weird for you to be asking. My husband and daughter are very affectionate without being inappropriate. Of course, I know this is not the case with everyone but if all you have to go on is a foot rub, this perversion perhaps lies within you.

I think its ok, but like Kristi said, it gets really weird when you asking this question!
I have a daughter and i dont think i will mind rubbing her feet for the next hundred years.
And pliz dont go asking if its ok if i do that. You will make it weird!

I don't find it weird at all. I actully think that she should be rubbing YOUR FEET! You deserve it,you raised an amazing daughter who keeps in touch with you. So next time, instead of rubbing her feet, have her rub yours!

Not wrong and i dont think it is weird if showing affection in this way is normal in your family. I am sure there are things that we all do with our family members that would be considered strange (not illigal, just strange) when eyed by others. For example i have a friend who is 33 and her father braids her hair from time to time and he does a good job of it too. not wrong just different.

I don't think so...my dad gives me backrubs sometimes. If his daughter is pregnant and has sore feet whatever...
Unless the dad is sketchy then no...but hopefully he's not sketchy.
