ONLY SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE.

I might be too paranoid here..but i need some opinions.. my period has been late for 12 days.. i've tested negative on all my HPTs except on one which i took first thing in the morning..(had faint spots? line?)..have all the symptoms of early pregnancy... and just tested negative on my blood test.. and have been spotting the past 3 days.. (from very light pink to dark brown a few times a day)...

and now my obgyn dismissed my concerns and thinks it's all due to stress (i am leading a worry-free awesome life) and she barely even talked to me for a min...most of the consultation was with the nurses..and she wants me to take pills that would force my period to come.. but i don't want to.... what should i do?? and what's wrong with me? Would switching docs be the best way to go? Am I about to start regular period? Pregnant?? or am i having an early miscarriage???

Maybe they repeated something from the TV, and it was bad........or maybe they insulted someone and didn't realize it! Mine would have to be this video of a girl and her mom. The mom was like "Get that camera out of face! I'm ugly!" and the little girl (her daughter) says "you're not ugly mom, you're beautiful....you're just sort of fat!" that was bittersweet! lol it was kind of cute though, the little girl was so innocent! Well thanks for answering and have a nice day! :)

My step-son came over to spend the rest of the summer with us but we didn;t see him since christmas due to the distance where he & us live. The problem is the clothes he had from last summer doesn't fit anymore so we pass it out to one of my little cousins, his mom send him with the only clothes he had on& the oldest shoes he has ,cuz that's the way she has being like this for the last 4 yrs., so we went & buy him new clothes. The thing is he can't take back home the new clothes cuz his mom doesn't allowed for him to take it, she says she will not allowed for him to wear it.... so we usually keep them in his closet but kids grow up so fast & for next year he might not be able to fit in them like it had happend before (he os 10) & some clothes he does love & would like to take home but we know she will not allowed for her to put it on, so what to do do I keep passing on the clothes or re-sale it... I feel bad for him cuz he is the one in the middle of thissituatuion,it is not fair4him.

I am 12 years of age and pregnant. I had sex w/ a really nice boy, but my parents don't know. I don't know what to do. I am afraid to tell them both the truth. I am almost 8 months pregnant and been sleeping over my boyfriends house, so the only people who know r my boyfriend, and my boyfriends parents (My parents let me sleep over his house because they know him really well). My boyfriends parents don't really care, but i'm still afraid to tell my parents and giving birth to this child, and taking care of it because I have to go to school. I am worried sick!

learnt that the outlook have some changes when having the baby; also it can preview that you have a baby boy or baby girl ? e.g. if it is a girl, the mom will be more pretty. if it is a boy, there is some / more acid onto your faces ? is it correct ?

Its not the pain of childbirth that scares me as much as the amount of damage that it seems to do to the body. I know people who are still in pain years after. Is this normal? When can you start having sex again? Going to work? Walking? Is it possible to get your pre-baby figure back?

What about hair loss and all the illnesses like high blood pressure and diabetes?

I have been on the NuvaRing since early January and have been fortunate enough to never have had any side effects from it. I had unprotected sex on the first, second, and third day of my last period (June 23, 24, 25). I put my NuvaRing back in on Monday (June 26). Wednesday (28) I got weird, sharp pains in my ovaries. Thursday I woke up in a bad mood. The only time the bad mood went away was on Sunday when I got to see my boyfriend for about 2 hours. I'm still in a bad mood. My breasts are very tender. Since Friday I have taken 2 hour naps and am tired every waking moment. I get small bouts of dizziness and have been eating everything in sight. I have an odd pain in my abdomen/pelvic region, it's a very dull pain unlike cramping. I need some advice because I know it's too early to test but I would love to know if I'm expecting.

My son used to sleep in his own room in his crib until I went to Tenneessee when he was 3 months old. He had to sleep in the bed with me as there was no room to set up his basinet or anything. Since then he won't sleep in his crib. He has to be in bed with me to go to sleep. I've tried letting him fall asleep in bed and then moving him to his crib, but he wakes up every time. My husband says to just put him in his room, turn the monitor off, and let him cry himself to sleep. I really don't think that's the best way to go about it. I really want him out of my bed, so any suggestions are appreciated.

I am insured through my employer, who will not, under any circumstances (won't let me pay premiums), insure a newborn (maternity care is covered, but not newborn).
My husband's insurance at work will, but it costs $400 a month. Add that to an expected childcare bill of $600-$800. . . One of us would be working almost exclusively to insure and have someone else raise our baby! (Add $950 for rent, among other things. . . )
Has anyone been through anything like this? I'm sure we make too much to get any help with insurance through the state (I don't want to do that, really, even if we could).
It is absolute BS that it's easier financially to have a baby if you're working for minimum wage and get tax-payer money. :(
There must be a way to get reasonable insurance for an infant. . . a month of all those bills and we'd be living behind a Taco Bell.
Sigh
