learnt that the outlook have some changes when having the baby; also it can preview that you have a baby boy or baby girl ? e.g. if it is a girl, the mom will be more pretty. if it is a boy, there is some / more acid onto your faces ? is it correct ?

I think all this is silly. Some old wives tales have some validity but not all. Unless a pregnant woman is really sick and looks like crud then all pregnant women look prettier as they are carrying a new life and seem to glow. All pregnant woman will likely have acne cause by hormonal changes during pregnancy regardless of the gender of her child.
The womans attitude about being pregnant may also effect the way she appears. If she is happy to be then she will probably appear more at ease and pretty than if she would rather die than have a baby.

There are going to be some outward physical changes for the mother. More hormones are in the body, better diet, and so forth. I have noticed that pregnant women tend to be prettier, sort of glowing, fuller hair, longer nails, things of that nature. I don't believe that this has anything to do with the gender, just the pregnancy.
