Other than a sperm bank or a vasectomy reversal, there's not much you can do.

You could go through a very painful process where they stick a needle into your sac to harvest the boys once a month, then shoot them up in her, once a month. Or in vitro. Or sperm bank. Or adopt. My husband and I have decided to have 1 more child after he had a vasectomy 4 years ago. He's going to get the reversal done, then get a vasectomy after the birth. From everything we've seen, a reversal is the cheapest way to have another baby that is genetically both of yours. If the reversal is done within 10 years of the original vasectomy, the sucess rate is really good.

Artificial insemination with a donor. While a sperm bank may be expensive , if you have a friend or family member you trust to donate and then not try to get involved, her OBGYN can inseminater her for around $300 in most cases.
The two of you should discuss this and then talk to her doctor about it.

Please let this be a lesson to all the happy go lucky guys out there who think it is perfectly natural to get the boys cut loose. Remember what I tell my friends, "What if my wife and five kids get killed tragically for any reason, and my new 24 yr old girlfriend will only commit to me if I commit to having a family?" You must always consider the future will not be as good as it is right now. Even if things suck right now, they could be worse.

Dude, you were brave to get a vacectomy. What's your problem now? Go get a reversal, its a no brainer lover boy.
