It could simply be a yeast infection, but being that you're pregnant I would not treat it with OTC(over the counter) meds. Ask your doctor, PLEASE. You'll feel so much better. The changing hormones may have brought this on. Bacterial vaginosis sometimes feels similar to that as well, but does not respond to OTC meds. It takes antibiotics to clear that up. Don't worry too much, but get it taken care of. You do not want any of these things this close to your babies, do you?

well your ex may not pay for another vist, but he will be payintg child support for the next 18 years. hope he has a good job.
please go to your doctor. you may have a yeast infection or something minor that can be treated easily. you must see a dr though if you are pregnant as you cant just take any over the counter meds as they may enter the blood stream and cross the placentas in to the fetuses. don't be emmbarrassed to see a doctor, i'm sure they have seen way worse things. you are going to be a mother of two now so you NEED to take care of yourself. you are going to have to grow up really fast from now on. talk to your mother or another trusted female so the they can go with you so you are not alone in this huge experience. your boyfirend sounds like a reqal peach!! not a good father choice!!! if you have no monetary support you will have to go on welfare and they will tell you all that is available to you though their services. you need support from family, i hope you have this. don't forget his parents will be the babies grandparents too and they may want to have a relationship with you and the babies and they maybe of help to you if they are descent people. i am a hard working (2 jobs) tax paying mother of 2, but i would rather see my tax dollars going to keep you and your babies taken care of tahn see you and your little family go hungry because of some ignorant selfish ex boyfriend.
ps. the way he is treating you and your future children is not love!
in the future have protected sex or abstain as you will be very busy for the next 18 years raising 2 children and should not be taking out anymore time to have sex anyway. good luck
ps#2 yeast infection causes alot of itching which in turn causes soreness and then the urine will burn. easily treated. withn twins you may be considered a high rish pregnancy because of possible early delivery. see your dr right away to ease any stress that could cause pregnancy problems.

Coolmad, you really need to get yourself back to the dr. You may have a simple uti, but then again it may be another problem...you may not be his one and only. Being pregnant is not the time to take chances. I am happy for your brave self asking for help. Is your mamma helping you? She will be a good source to talk to, because she has been where you are!!! Not to scare you but if you have an STD, you may have been tested before it could show up. That happens sometimes. I don't know the timeframe of the testing and the onset of symptoms. Just as a lay person, it sounds like maybe a uti and a yeast infection. With twins both is possible because of strain and increased heat and pressure in the body. My temp was higher with my babies anyway. Good luck dear. Take good care of yourself for your babies. Happy mother's day next year!

It sounds like you might not be getting enough fluids (IE..water) into your system. You might try drinking plenty of water and making sure that you are keeping yourself very clean. A cyst would not be the cause of any outside burning or irritation. I have had many of them even while pregnant. Even when they have ruptured it burns more inside the abdomen. If this has been happening since March and an increased intake of water doesn't help..ask your doctor. It is way too late to be embarrassed about anything. These guys get to see the grossest stuff all the time. Just make sure that both you and your babies are healthy. Trust me, my ex husband came back from a deployment with genital warts while I was pregnant with my son. I had to tell the doc, get checked ( clean for me thank you) then told about the increased risks of cervical cancer the jerk had given me. just because I had been exposed to warts. yuck. went through cancer treatment 4 months after my son was born.

No one here can guess what is causing your problems.
However, in love, I would say that you need 2 things:

1) you need to see A doctor. If not your usual doctor, a doctor at a clinic. Knowing what is wrong will ease your mind, and let you focus on taking care of yourself and your children. Probably nothing major.
2) You need a hug. You might look to friends, or to clergy, or to a therapist or counselor, but find someone that you can talk to about all this without and blame or finger-pointing.

If you were here. I'd give you a hug, and so would my wife & kids.
You are a good person -just under a lot of stress. This too shall pass. Be good to you.

This could be several things: Yeast infection, bladder or kidney infection, STD. You won't know till you get checked out.

Do NOT be embarrassed. Doctors hear and see things a LOT worse than this. This is nothing. No doctor will think bad about you for having a health problem. That is their job. That is why they got in the business.

There is a chance it could affect your baby. Please check it out ASAP. In fact, you should call your doctor today, even though it's a holiday. She might even be able to call in a prescription.

My guess is you have a urinary tract infection. It is very common especially when your pregnant. If all your std tests were negative then this is probably what it is.You need to go see the doctor and find out for sure though, you need a prescription for an antibiotic called microbid,it's safe to take during pregnancy. This will not go away on it's own it has to be treated or it will just get worse

Me personally would think it was a yeast infection. Also if it burns when you pee that could be a sign of a urinary tract infection as well. you may want to try the website babycenter or parentcenter.com These are pretty much the same website but they are very helpful. IF however it is either a yaest infection or urinary tract infection you need to get checked IMMEDIATELY. This is 3mos now and it could harm the fetus if left untreated. NEVER be scared to talk to your dr---THEY ARE THERE TO HELP YOU AND THE BABIES.

Could be just a yeast infection honey but you never know. You really need to tell your Dr EVERYTHING he is there to help and how can he help if he doesn't know what's going on. You have to talk to your Dr honey. You are having twins maybe it has something to do with that, nobody can tell you for sure what it is except your Doc so TELL him please. Congratulations you got a lot of work ahead of you, but it will all soooo be worth it. Kids are the greatest gift there is enjoy every moment.

You should speak with your doctor about what you are experiencing. It is very common for women to get yeast infections during pregnancy because of the changes in hormones. I do think you should get checked by the doctor to be on the safe side.
