my daughter is 11 month old and she weighs about 21.5 pounds..do u think she has a good weigh or she needs to gain more? and my friends boy is 11 month old too and he weighs 18.5 pound is it normal?

Can any one explain to me the process of counting days and how to figure when you are ovulating or fertile. Ive never really been successful with it and I think I may have misunderstood some things...can anyone help. Please be specific and detailed. Thanks in advance!

she goes down great, says she wants to go, but then is up over and over playing in her room! She also is beginning to take a lot of stuff to bed, toys, hats, even a plush chair! I can't just strip her room every night, anybody have any tips? And please nothing mean, I'm very naive about little ones, but trying my best! Thanks!

So Im a father of a child that I share custody with. I have fought constantly over my daughter just to be with her and her mother still talks down about me. What should I do? I have tooken her to court four times in the last 5 years and the system seems to rule in my favor half the time. She cant even get my daughter to school most the time and fights with me about it saying she is sick. Well from april to march she missed 19 days of school that month. Whats the deal?

I been on the pill for 4 months, and have NEVER missed one, however, I was spotting while ovulating the past few months, so I was told be my nurse practitioner to use back up. The day before she told me this, I happened to be ovulating ( I think) and we didn't use back up. If I've NEVER missed a pill, do I really need to worry? We're using back up now, but is there really any cause for concern?

On June1st I had an ultrasound done & it said that I was 7wks & 4days, that's what the picture said; so I add two weeks to that to find out my due date right? So really I was 9wks & 4days??

My g/f has a 12 yr old son. Today she found some dirty magazines under his matress. She is not sure where he got these.And not sure how to confront him or if she should even do so and maybe just throw the magazines away. Now she just realized he must have been snooping in her room because she has noticed that there are condoms missing from her dresser drawer. I had been having this sharp, stinging pain that was located on my left side, toward my back. That was about 3 weeks ago, and when it started, it was for only appx. 5 minutes, once or twice a day. It has been getting progressively worse, with more and more new symptoms occuring. Now, the other evening I was awakened by this pain, so excruciating it made me nauseus, my stomach got hard, I had menstrual like pain, but also in my back, and I felt like I had to go #2. The pain would subside, then come back full force. This lasted for over 2 hours!

I have not had any bloody discharge (that goodness) and I had a non-stress test that showed the baby was perfectly fine, and they said I wasn't having contractions - however I wasn't having the pain during the test. Are they Braxton Hicks, and any thoughts on the duration and seriousness of them? Please help, I still have 10 more weeks to go!!

ok i have a 5 year that is always making up stories and telling lies, i have tried to put him time out, have taken things from him, have talked to him to tell him how bad it is to lie and ignored it but he wont stop, he is always doing it so that he can be involved in grown ups conversations, he is always making up stuff so that he can say he has done the same things that the adults around him have done so that they will include him in what they are doing, it has gotten so bad that i have proven him wrong and all he does is cry because i dont believe him but when he does that his father believes him and it just makes it worse i have proven to his father he is lying but he says he feels bad for hurting is feelings and gives into him, what can i do to stop him?

This question has been bugging me for quite a while. In my opinion, I do NOT think early pregnancies are a "good" thing. I just wanted to know what you all think about this subject. Please answer this, and put some thought into it, too.

My husband and I are trying for baby #2. Slow going...no luck yet. It took us 4 years to get preg. w/ my son...My question is..after sex..I always have to go to the bathroom to pee..."it" always "drips" if you know what I mean.
