It could mean that you are going to start, but if you are worried you should take a hpt. Home pregnancy test. They are very accurte and you could ease your mind.

I should have been at 11 weeks today, however I am just finishing up a very painful miscarriage that started 2 weeks ago...this was my first pregnancy. When I had my first missed period, I had period like cramping for about 3 days, and some clear discharge. I kept feeling the moistness, running to the bathroom and putting in a tampon, however no period. I've been irregular before (5 to 5-1/2 weeks), so it wasn't until I was already 6 weeks along that I took a HPT...and viola I was pregnant. So, my answer is yes, you could be pregnant. An early HPT should give you the answer. Do your boobs hurt? Is your sense of smell increased? Good luck!

Give your body some time. If you're feeling cramps and you're one day late, then you probably going to get it in the next couple of days. If you have been having sex (especially unprotected sex) it is a chance that you might be pregnant. Someone said that your period doesn't come on the same day each month. I don't think that's necessarily true. My period comes on the same day every month and has for about a two years. Every woman is different. Good luck with everything! xoxo bailey

Iam 9 weeks, and for the first week that i was late i thought i was starting my period. I was PMSing forever, i had cramps so bad that i took medication and wore pads expecting to bleed at any moment.
Its uncomfortable for the first few weeks as the embryo settles in and your uterus starts to stretch. If its never done that before it can be a little painful.
Wait a few days and take a pee test, or better yet, go in and have blood work done. Even if they tell you youre not when they make you pee in a cup, you can still request a blood test to detect a smaller amount of hormone.

Have you taken a home pregnancy test yet? That is usually the first Thing I do when I think im pregnant. Yes, by the way you can cramp and even bleed (called spotting) while pregnant.

Yes you can still be pregnant and cramp. With both my kids I had horrible cramping. Swore I would start any minute. Those first few weeks with the embryo attaching it's self to your uterine wall does produce cramping in some women. It could also be that you are going to start.

During the first couple of days after my missed period I cramped and my breasts were so sore. I was also very very tired. I would recommend a over the counter pregnancy test.
