as long as the state has made your parents reliquish custody of you then they have no say in the matter. If they have not you will have to work that out with family court. Your best bet is to ask your case worker, he/she will be able to not only provide you with information, but people to talk to about your situation and choices.

I think it depends on how old you are. If you are in foster care there are probably some kind of issues with your parents...I'm sorry things aren't working out with the biological parents. You should be able to check with your social worker and they should have some avenues for you to explore, but again, I imagine it depends on how old you are. Good Luck. And even if you don't get officially adopted, you always know your foster parents love you.

thats not their choice, it depends on the situation you are in and who has the legal gardianship for you. If its the state then nobody but the state can make that decision. If you dont feel comfortable with your parents now complain and you will be removed when there is some place for you to go.

First, how old are you? do you have a caseworker? if yes, they can assist you. do you mean your birth parents or your foster parents do not want you adopted. you can discuss this with an attorney if you are old enough. let us know what happens.be patient. this will improve with time.
