Right in front of him, on the White House lawn, he sees "The President Must Go" written in urine across the snow.

Well, old Bill is pretty ticked off. He storms into his security staff`s HQ, and yells "Somebody wrote a threat in the snow on the front damn lawn! And they wrote it in urine! Son-of-a-***** had to be standing right on the porch when he did it! Where were you guys?!"

The security guys stay silent and stare ashamedly at the floor.

Bill hollers "Well dammit, don`t just sit there! Get out and FIND OUT WHO DID IT! I want an answer, and I want it TONIGHT!"

The entire staff immediately jumps up and races for the exits. Later that evening, his chief security officer approaches him and says "Well Mr. President, we have some bad news and we have some really bad news. Which do you want first?"

Clinton says "Oh hell, give me the bad news first."

Ther is no definition for the age 21 in the constitution. There is no such thing as the young people, or the older people. It is not morale or productive to blur the line. When will we as Americans who crave a fair and just democracy understand that there is no groups within the people because the people, 18 to 100, must be one. We can never allow the people to be seperated into characteristics. Manipulating the definition of the people threatens democracy because people will forget to at some point where to draw the line for the sake of preventing oppression. Blacks commit crimes, put them in jail beforehand, Women can't take care of money, take away their credit cards, younger people drink and drive, take away their rights. When you turn a man or women into a stat, you forget that under the law they are men and women just like yourself. We commit crime, we mismanage money, we drink and drive. A society where a man can be punished in anticipation of a crime is neither fair nor just.

If so, when was the change made from 7 to 10 years? (what year)

What about the following suggestions.
All politicians should have at least a certificate or Diploma of BA/MA/PhD in the discipline of DEMOCRACY from a recognize university and a registered licence before they serve the voters of their respective region on behalf of the government. Rules for holding a licence and course curriculum for diploma can be made. Also they should attend seminars, publish paper, writing books, and updated their skills in the same field. They should distributed their resume (attested by government which represent their objectives, qualifications, skills, assets, charges, experience - self and under the supervision of registered politician) etc and proposal (to be submitted to the government) among the voters before polling. Laptop and mobile internet connection services should be given to the each member so that he/she/- can have accesses to the problems solving all the time. Modification in the system would be more efficient especially in the developing countries where (some) politicians do not have enough knowledge/ skills such as economic development, utilization of resources and budget, project management, politics, law, ethics, planning & communication skills (regional, local, national and international (English), etc.

Election should be held under the supervision of united nation in every democratic country. Right should be given to the voters of the country in choosing a president/ chief of their own choice from all over the world just like an equal opportunity employer. This will show a region on the beautiful planet where people are looking for real change.

No, I'm not serious about this, but it does make me wonder about the double standard of those that want to bring Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld up on war crimes charges. Kerry, after all, admitted to Congress that he committed "attrocities".

Silly question? Maybe, but its important.

Sham marriages.

They are on the news, on current affair shows and many court cases I've witnessed revolve around them. Usually women who are from other countries marry a western man for the sake of his pension, his benefits, and of course, that ever important visa or citizenship certificate.

And these marriages end in tears or anger when the "shammer" takes the property and disappears, or when the man dies and she is in a family provision legal battle with his family (first wife and adult children).

Its happened too many times and causes social and personal problems. It also affects racial issues indirectly, as it gives the race of these shammers a bad name.

Is there any way to prevent or foresee a sham marriage? What are some practical methods or policies that individuals and governments can take to protect their citizens from sham marriages?

Can a soldier keep his uniform both combat and formal dress, rifle and sidearm (decomissioned or not) and their helmet, knife, torch etc. In ww2 I know that officers were allowed to keep EVERYTHING they were issued including weapons(decommisioned) just wondering if it still stands.

How do you feel about the Youth of America? Allow we to clarify something, I AM NOT making a generalization about teenagers. I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE that a good amout of them are mature and responsible. I pray to God that those are the ones who will be running the country in twenty years.

I know what most of the responses will be: "Live life! Do what you want! Remember the 70s?"

However, I am touching upon drugs, the media, and sex. Girls having sex before 15 years old and smoking while doing it!

I understand the media is to blame mainly. The parents finish in a close second, however.

The main question is: How do we fix this?

Thanks in advance to all who answer my question respectfully, and a happy 2008!

Americans have the right and advantage of being armed – unlike the citizens of othe counties whose governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.
James Madison

The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, at last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
Thomas Jefferson

Fireams stand next in importance of the Constitution itself. They are the American people’s liberty teeth and keystone under independence.

If Jesus sat in congress in the congress today
Do you think he would vote the Republican way
would he vote to stop people from getting copmensation
from corporations who have done harm across the nation
would vote to stop people who need help from their debt
but not stop the rich and greedy who will take all they can get
do you think he would like bullying in his name
leave the judging to God could this be what he'd say?
What he perfer fighting to get all judges through
or would he think more important the health care that's due
Would he agree with not bringing up minimum wage or
would he think poor people would deserve a raise? Would he prefer to waste from our bodies a cell or would he choose to use it sick people get wel?
Do you think Jesus would belong to the NRA
O r would he like gun laws to help stop the killings today.
WHat Would Jesus Do, I am just asking?

My mother is bipolar and sadly had psychotic breaks in the past.
She once locked me in a cellar, threatened to kill my grandparents if i left and year later tried to kill me in fit of rage. I didnt press charges. ran away from home and my grandparents gave me some financial assistance over last decade since i left home.
I moved home to help care for dying grandmother this year. She left a small trust naming my mother and myself as beneficiaries......it is set up at sole discretion of lawyer/trustee to dispense monies. my grandmother wanted me to have funds available if i needed help with bills.
well i do right now after losing my job suddenly.
the lawyer is ignoring my request.....i try to speak to my poor insane mother....she has told me the lawyer wrote her he is no longer in charge of her trust.he also failed ot pay her re taxes when he was still in charge. WTF ? could he dissolve it without telling me ?
Im trying to find good estate lawyer, but am wondering wildly about this.......

I recently got a speeding ticket in South Carolina. He said that I was going 55 in 35 but dropped it to 44 in 35. This is my first ticket, and I can't say for sure that I wasn't speeding. The ticket is 76 dollars and I stand to lose two points. It would have been 180 something dollars if he had put down 55 in 35. A part of me feels that it is best to just pay it especially since he dropped the speed from 55 to 44. I don't know how fast I was going, so I can't prove I wasn't speeding. Or should I go to court and throw myself at the judge's mercy? Also, what's the likelihood that two points will affect my car insurance?
