The Forum is scheduled for January 6th, just a few days before the New Hampshire Primary. I've contacted Fox by phone and by e-mail and have gotten no response. Ron Paul has raised nearly $20,000,000.00 this quarter from average, middle class people like me. What do we have to do to have a voice?

Just look what he does when he goes on vacation, he works at his ranch, hauling brush and stumps. The man never gets tired of hard work, and that is a sign of a moral, honest, and good man.

At least he sticks up for the working people, where as liberals put them down, fact.

Will the liberals be crying about disenfrachisement and make up some more wacked out conspiracy theories...all while crying loudly about it all being so unfair?
Or do you think they will just accept the theorhetical black eye and crawl off in a corner and whine quietly?

Doing nothing to solve the Immigration problem and yet they help and promote it at the same time by giving a Tax number to illegal people so they can pay taxes like any other US citizen. But they can't claim any Tax returns (the IRS provide this number)

I got traffic violation ticket in the state of California. On the papers after my arraignment it said within 45 days after I am arraigned that I shall have a trial and if it is after 45 days then the charges will be dismissed.

So my arraignment was on November 15th and my trial date fell on December 26. Then I get a letter saying the judge has moved the trial date to Dec. 31, without my consent by the way. A total of 47 days. However when I talked to the judge about dismissing the case he said that since the 45th day fell on a weekend, they were "allowed" to move it to a business day without any violations of my rights.

Should my case still be dismissed? Does the 45th day falling on a weekend have anything to do with my rights still being violated? I want to appeal this case based on that but I can't find any where online about the last day falling on a weekend.

My grandmother is 80 years old, and wants to create a last will and testament to declare how she wants her estate distributed after she dies. She would like her will to be on videotape, and has asked me to determine if that is possible. So is it? We live in Maryland if the law differs from state to state.
