it would require that the US Constitution be changed. And I doubt that there will be enough popular support for that anytime in the foreseeable future.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Constitution gets altered ( again) with Patriot Act Part 3 allowing Arnold S to run / be appointed President.

It is not possible and the laws will not be relaxed. They are in place because that's what our Founding Fathers wanted and though our Constitution can be amended, the laws when it comes to regulations for President have been in place for over 200 years, why change what works?
