I would like to find a website (I tried and no luck) that tell about the new laws going in effect 1-1-08. For California. I just heard that cars will no longer be able to park on the street with For Sale Signs and would like to read this new law. Our street has become a used car lot and the neighborhood is pretty sick of it. Thanks alot for your help.

I Attorney wants Spears deposition soon

NEW YORK - The attorney for Kevin Federline says he wants to depose Britney Spears soon, the latest step in the former couple's ongoing child-custody battle.

"Britney Spears will have her deposition early (next) year," Mark Vincent Kaplan told People.com late Saturday outside a Beverly Hills restaurant. "We've got a lot to talk about."

Spears, 26, called in sick to a court-ordered deposition Dec. 12, although she was photographed that day driving with a friend.

"She was, in fact, out later that day and night," Kaplan said. "It's not fourth grade where you get a doctor's note and it's all OK."

Spears and Federline have been wrangling for months over custody of their sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James.
etc etc
what does deposition mean

Before saying that Romney "envisioned" that, or that it was meant to be symbolic or figurative... please watch the short youtube clip. Then share your view.

The prospects of any of the present gaggle of either Republicans or Democrats just depress me. I almost hate them and am sick at my stomach when I know one of these jerks will be standing at the head of the parade smily and waving at the cameras for years to come. Yuk.

I've had this ability to spot cars, trucks, vans, etc. from a distance AND even at night. I've always wondered if this was a skill - worthless or not. Perhaps this is a skill that could be applied to some kind of forensic science? Any input would be great.

I am an heir to a small estate of my mother. Basically, my uncle is the executor, who has disowned me and moved away a few months after the start of probate. I believe he has some dementia. In the begining, he took my mother's will to the same attorney who is handling the estate that some of my mother's assets are being derived. I believe the lawyer is taking advantage of his enmity towards me. How can I get this estate distributed and closed?

After killing some time at work between Christmas and the New Year, and reading responses to questions asked, I am wondering your thoughts about what is more important; voting for the party or voting for the canidate. Will you vote a stright ticket even if you disagree with a canidate your party endorses?
