No. If you find it so horrible or offensive don't view or download it and install extra security measures on your pc so you don't get ad's or porn pop-ups.

Just wondering how you would enforce this ban?

No. Any kind of censorship leads to dictatorship. What would be next?

Besides, what is "porn" to you may not necessarily be "porn" to me.

Even the Supreme Court of the U.S. has not been able to define "pornography" or "obscenity".

No.

Once you accept that government has the authority to ban something it doesn't like, then you're stuck with living with the current governments opinions as to what should be banned.

Today it might be porn... tomorrow there might be a Democratic government that chooses to ban religious sites - do you want that?
