I would like to find a website (I tried and no luck) that tell about the new laws going in effect 1-1-08. For California. I just heard that cars will no longer be able to park on the street with For Sale Signs and would like to read this new law. Our street has become a used car lot and the neighborhood is pretty sick of it. Thanks alot for your help.

That will typically be a local (city or county) ordinance - not a state law.
Check w/ your local PD or sheriff's office to get an update.
