Which candidate do you feel best represents those issues? What will they do to make a positive impact on those issues if elected?

Here is a U.S. currently active poll until Jan 4:

The link I provided in my question also lists the U.S., but it is interesting to see what the world thinks since the next President will not be dealing with an isolated U.S., but rather needs to be able to relate to the U.S. with respect to other countries and how our policies affect them as a result of decisions made.

Nice to see they like Ron Paul, but I don't really give a sh*t what the rest of the world wants. I'm voting for Dr. Paul, in part to ensure that we decide who governs our country, not the U.N. or some other foreign people.

I don't care what the world wants.

However I think they are hoping that another Clinton type will get into power so they can continue to watch us as we self destruct.

Regretfully, the two parties each think their issues are the most important ones, and each party has a very diverse agenda. Each of us just has to decide what role we think government should play in our lives.

Personally, I most agree with Barack Obama's hopes and plans for the future of our country.

Thankfully, we are all still entitled to our own opinions.

I believe some parts of the world would love to see a weak President in the USA so they could continue to mess with us. Our country must have a strong military, and this means the next President could help the enemy overtake us if funds are reduced. I think we all know which party may cut funds to the military and defense as a whole. I cannot tell if any of the candidates would be the right one at this time, however John McCain would be most likely the best in this field. Americans want too much for themselves and when choosing a President will vote for someone who will help them instead of voting for what's best for the nation. During WW ll many sacrifices were needed and people today are not willing to help in that way. It's called greed not need. JFK said, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country."

War in Iraq, religion (abortion, separation of church and state, ect.), gay rights, environment (global warming), health care, education

Really, I can't say I like any of the choices for the next president...some are just dang scary (e.g. Romney). Hillary seems just as bad as her husband and the corporations that they are in bed with, but she'll probably get elected.

Who CARES who "the world" would elect? The presidency of the US isn't an international popularity contest. It's a process of choosing a person who will be best for OUR interests. By definition, that means, NOT in their interests, so they're going to want the person who's least effective -- the "nicest."

I am more interested in who will lead the USA more effectively. I really don't care what the whole globe thinks. If I threw the world in this I would really have problems choosing, right now it is my personal choice, which is hard enough.

Thankfully, the rest of the world doesnt have a say.
btw, considering the fact that a good part of the world hates us and wants to destroy us, I think it is ridiculous to even insinuate that we should care what they want.
