28,000 Troops Discharged after combat in Iraq or Afganistan on Personality Disorder which means reduced or no benefits. It is not something that a person gets after trauma but it can become more severe after trauma. These soldiers were allowed into the service because of the need for bodies, but when they were screwed up doing their job, the military with compliant military doctors pathing the way saved the government the need to treat and compensate these victims of combat. Check out the DMS 4 on the definition and system of personality disorder and the onset of the disease.

Why would the 911 terrorists choose to flight train in the U.S. and not in their home nations? Surely, it would have been easier to obtain the flight training at home rather than in the very country in which they planned to attack. And if the answer is that it is difficult for terrorists to be trained in the Middle East/Asia so much so that they have to come here for training.......maybe our policy of taking down the very nations that make this training difficult should be re-thought.

The Constitution makes the President the Commander in Chief of the US military. The Constitution also requires that the US government, of which the President is Executive, shall preserve a republican form of governement for the US and the individual states as well as to defend the US.

Further the President takes an oath to protect and defend the Constitution which requires the points above.

Doesn't is stand to reason that someone who is a "pacifist" or is "anti-war," who would be unwilling, morally or philosophically, to use the military isn't suited to the office and should be considered "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" per the meaning of the 25th Amendment and should be disqualified even to run?

I came into the army as a Delay entry program 1 was on active duty for a year got out under chapter 8 (pregnancy) I went to the national guard for the 1 year try on program that they have, then went to the IRR for another year, total: 1 year active, 1 year national guard, 1 year IRR, the recruiter told me i will be eligeble for a bonus after i become MOS Q for a reserve unit, I'm MOS Q now. But Retention is telling me i will not qualify because i was in the national guard 1 year try on. I never recieve any bonus before. I currently dont have any contract with the reserves. what they have is my transfer from the IRR to the reserve unit.
Any help will be appreciate it.
Thanks

Ok guys I am disturbed and have a outpouring of compassion for some of these troops that come back with a leg or arm blown off, but theres a few videos Ive seen recently with peoples whole faces, ears, arms, scalp in addition to arms and legs blown off too. These are permanetly SEVERELY disfigured people.

Why is it these people have to have their faces blown off and forever look like that to never have a girlfriend again or a normal life at a young age when some get to go to elitist schools like Yale and Harvard and get jobs that pay 80 grand plus post grad year?

Doesnt it make you mad? Oh but wait...the media reports showing the injuries of the troops are LARGELY suppressed. If people saw their injuries and what they had to go through, I dont think nearly as many republicans would have supported this war.

Just ask yourself...How many congressmen and senators actually have kids who are serving in Iraq.....

Thanks and peace

I am applying for a Marine officer program, and of course have to fill out the standard medical questionaire. At first my recruiter told me to "omit" that I have a history of migraines. I don't really get them any more, and have been off my meds for a while, but I know it's a can of worms to lie to MEPS so I'm going to fully disclose.

My question is, so long as I provide my medical records to them and consult with the doc at MEPS about my current status, do I have a chance at obtaining a waiver to serve? I know any history of migraines dq's me from aviation, but I am not averse to doing ground anyway.

I know that this question is a bit silly b/c there are many variables such as height, weight, age, athleticism, etc. However, all things being equal, who do you think would win in hand to hand combat between the SEALs, Army Rangers, Marines Force Recon, Delta Force, Army "Green Berets", etc.? Also, please explain your reasoning. Thanks!
