One American aircraft carrier group would be the most powerful navy on the seas if it were alone. And we've got a few more than that. When you put that together with our Air Force bombers and fighters and not to mention the capabilities of the Army and Marines, it's easy to see why there is only one superpower. By the way, most of the Nukes the commies used to parade around were hollow casings. They had a lot, but we always had a lot more than they did.

In terms of numbers, probably China or N Korea.
In terms of ability and dedication, the only ones close to us are those of NATO. After all, we trained them!
In terms of being able to fight for their survival as a nation, probably Isreal.
