I am thinking that u can be kicked out for behavior that seems to be unrelated to defending our country...also, if Soldier A is gay and Soldier B "tells" his commander about Soldier A, then isn't Soldier B violating policy and thus subject to a reprimand?? Just wondering because I dont think it matters but so many people are sooooooooo uptight or maybe just fearful??

Fight a fanatical guerrilla war of attrition for at most, a decade, (against a US military who has to follow "rules of engagement") or until the majority Americans get sick of it, then they scream to bring the troops home & the war is over, US loses by default. Is that how US wars are going to go from now on?

that they are the best in the world. If this is the case can someone please explain the following to me:
1: If the troops are so highly trained why do they kill so many of
their own allies in friendly fire incidents.
2: Why has nobody ever been court martialled because of this?
It's bad enough when the enmy kill our boys without us doing
the job for them.
3: Why have some of our troops been caught in pictures
carrying out degrading tortures on Iraqi civilians? What is
the point behind that? Don't you think that sort of thing just
perpetuates violence & ultimately leads to more of our boys
being wiped out, all for a President's phoney war?
4: Any chances of our troops staging a military coup? Our
country needs a regime change too & nobody else seems to
want to do anything about it. The last comment may seem a
little strong, but hey we've backed military coups in so many
countries around the world, why not our own?

Assuming that the US finally finds an excuse to wage war on Iran, will the Americans fare any better than they have in Iraq?
Those of you who think the Iraq adventure is going swimmingly, need not reply)

We've heard the news about the British soldiers captured by Iran from Iraqi waters. At a time when Iran's relations with the global community is at its worst, this must come as a surprise. So, is Iran trying to provoke the Allied forces? I'm of the opinion that Iran is testing the US response at a time when their forces in the Gulf are stretched to the limit or maybe hoping to precipitate a 'aggressive response'. What do you think?

I see some africans are getting 'angry' presumably because their ancestors weren't rescued from the chaos of africa.

When Britain got involved in the slave trade, it was the status quo and it was Britain that realised that it was wrong and legislated to bring it to an end.

Sadly the British government still press ganged British men into the navy and conscripted boys to the hell of the trenches and mines well into the 20th century.

To be honest with you no one wants another war but the Iranians have taken our Royal Marines from what I can see illegaly. Now if that had mean American soldiers the bombs would already be falling. We are somewhat more diplimatic . SO we will wait a few more days and then I think its about time they were given an ultimative. What do you think??

I have no idea how to even go about getting this because of being born in Germany. If someone is familar on how I would go about getting a copy I would appericate it. It has to be certified with the raised seal or they will not take it.

I am joining the Air Force, and I wanted some training advice to prepare me for basic training. I have trained for months now and I am in great shape, but I want to get the warhawk award in basic. That means running 1.5 miles in 8 min. 5 sec.! I think I can handle all the other requirements, but that sprint sounds tough! Any ideas on conditioning that will help me get this fast?

I know it sounds bizarre, but I keep reading things that make me curious about this being a possibility. Consider this: the wheat gluten came from China; the testing is being done in a lab or labs formed after Sept. 11; and the poison had been used as a cancer drug, and also earlier on was used to induce abortions.
