I am not surprised the U.N. came up with a compromise that did not work. Is anyone else?

Lebanon isn't getting the media attention it would normally, so not much is happening except the impasse between the Hezbollah loyalists ffom Syria, for the most part, and the legitimate democratic government of Lebanon.
I believe the Hezbollah movement is losing steam. Nobody's watching them from a news standpoint, and without theatre, Hezbollah can't function.

It is very unlikely because the Christians are disarmed. It is the Muslims with all the weapons.
