As we rotate our troops from Afganistan and Iraq, our government should not only give them time off but a vacation to recooperate. What do you think?

towarsds us in there mosks an stand in london with there race hatred talkes against us, an thats perfectly ok?if we the british,even wispered a bad word againgst,another culture,all hell brakes loose,an so u r saying also that to talk about us with hatred,but want to live in the western societey gaining all its benifits, is ecsepteble?i am far from racist,an am actully very invloved with the muslim community,an my sister is a convert,an none of them agree with this kind of behavor/talk.They are very nice people the real ones true to there faith, how it should be practiced! the war in Iraq? Without carpet bombing, nukes, or changes in rules of engagement. Just the Bush tactics of US "offensives" that US troops never really know if they are winning or not because they don't have any idea how many insurgents there are.

I said it before on YA....
Supporting the troops means more than standing at side of road and waving a little American Flag when troops prepare to deploy.
U.S is always giving VETS the fid.
Bragging about an increase of VA funding 2 or 3 Billion Dollars.

Why is it so hard for someone that agrees to talk to a recruiter to actually stick to what he/she agrees to and sit down and let the recruiter inform him/her/or them about the benefits about the Army? There is no way that any recruiter can put anyone in the service the same day.

I am looking for a site where you can search for other military people you may have served with. I need one where like you can enter like last names and maybe the years served. I don't remember a lot of first names. Is there a way that maybe one can get a hold of records for a certain unit for a certain time period? I am looking for Johnson Barracks from 82-84 A-Co as well as looking for Ft. Irwin Ops Group from 84-86.

My parents are both in their 70's. Both are veterans, yet they get stonewalled at every turn by the Veterans administration. My parents are not wealthy. The V.A. acts like they should hurry up and die. Congress and the president refuse to fully fund the V.A. Both patries are the same. They want people to serve their country, but don't want to justly compensate them for their service. Any real americans would rise up and demand that our veterans are very well taken care of. Per capita there are more veterans and their families living in poverty than any ethnic group. This is not right as without our veterans sacrifice there would be no USA.
