If a state controled by religion such as Iran gets the bomb should other religions such as Rome also have the bomb.

I did not think that Rome was actually a religion, now if by chance you are talking about the Vatican, which is a country all to itself, is also a regime that is controlled by a religion, its called the Roman Catholics. What a concept, if the Roman Catholics get a "bomb", what about the Mormons, and the Buddhist. I mean where will we draw the line. What a dilemma.

No, because Iran wont have it for long if they ever do get an operatinal one. And the one they would build wouldnt be modern US bombs, theyd be thousands and thousands of pound and be 30-40 feet long. Israel and the US will take them down FAST if they do get it. Not like Iraq, but a bomb the f*ck out of everthing in Iran kind of campaign.

Really, outside of Iran, how many theocracies can you name? Rome, as you have probably been recently made aware, is a city in Italy. It is not a religion.
