I've heard from numerous military folk that there is SO much gay sexual activity going on in the military that officials are finding it hard (excuse the pun) to keep it under wraps. Does being in the military give you a free pass on what gender you can have sex with while you're enlisted?

Before you rant and rave about this remember that the Iran president says that Israel should be wiped off the map one day and then say Oh we love Jews, and non jews, christians and non christians the next. And what's up with this continual BS from N Korea, setting off missiles and now setting off a nuke, just to get attention. It's just not right if you ask me, that when the world confronts N Korea and says that we don't like you setting off bombs and missiles in Asia, And they come back with we want 500,000 tons of rice. They have tried to cheat the system repeatedly by using fear and intimidation like Saddam used to just to get what they want. You can say all you want about the U.S. and other established countries having and testing nuclear weapons, yet putting sanctions on sadistic little gimpy countries for doing the same, and your argument won't hold because these so called super power countries don't rely on money couterfeiting and laundering and black mail to get what they want

boarders to everyone, and arm ourselves even more with nuclear weapons?

The reason i am asking this is because China, Russia, France, and Germany always block UN resolutions on things to be done about countries like Iran, and korea getting nuclear weapons. Iran wants Israel wiped off the map don't forget.
and as for us we are their worst enemy, and even worse when they blow us all to bits they go on to a BETTER LIFE!! so they won't think twice about striking us.

If we shut up shop and arm ourselves even more, and become as secretive as certain countries in this world, then i am certain every country in the world would be begging us to get around the table.

As it is now, no one is interested in what we say, even if it means evil countries like Iran and Korea arming themselves with WMD.

The world is on the brink of a nuclear war, thats no bullsh*t!!

Don't get me wrong, i want no nuclear weapons at all.

With the NATO commander saying that the local Afghan population will soon be siding with the Taliban and our troops risking their lives with limited equipment and now several hundred troops/police being killed and poisoned in Iraq in the latest offensive, where are we heading with this war? Are we just playing into the hands of these people? What will be the sign that we have won this war? Will it go on for ever? Some of these people are willing to die fighting against us! I feel for our troops and the innocent people caught up in all of this.

As you know (hopefully) N Korea tested its first nuclear bomb today.. and we all know this because the country blantantly announced it themselves. Why this frankness when they know that countries around the world will condemn them? Iran is so secretive about its nuclear program, but N Korea is definitely not. Is it in response to US hegemony? Is it to gain hegemony?

Do you really think that WWIII will be nuclear? Is man kind that stupid to destroy the world just for a quick victory (which actually won't be that quick)
I truly can't see WWIII being nuclear, but if so Albert Einstiens famous quote will be right.

The media claims its possible that Iraqi Police were victims of a purposeful food poisoning incident.

Can or will iraqi forces be able to keep thier ranks secure from infiltration and threats to security?

If they cant trust the food supply... what measures would it take to make them safe from such attacks on thier health and also from corrupt personnel?

america has the best military in the world why not use our airplanes and drop a few hundred bombs on NK to show them that they can't keep defying the world. It would not hurt us at all and the cost would be very little? Just my opionion what do u think?

My fiance will most likely be leaving for Afghanistan at the beginning of 2007 and I was just wondering how the atmosphere is for the soldiers there. In the news (although I know you can't always trust the media) I always hear about terrible things that go on in Iraq, but I don't hear much about Afghanistan. Is the situation more or less dangerous there? He's already served a year in Iraq. I'd love to hear from any soldiers or their spouses who have served there or in both places. Thanks in advance.

The South Koreans love the following soup dish..

DOG SOUP!!

Jeongol (boiled dog meat mixed with spices and vegetables) mmmmmm makes me feel hungry!!

Eat while boiling to boil down some of the soup. Add lots of dog meat and vegetables such as dropwort, perilla leaves, green onion and other ingredients such as garlic, pepper, and red pepper are put in.

It can be served as a side dish with Soju (liquor) or for eating with boiled rice.
Any remaining boiled rice can be mixed with the remaining soup.

The standard amount of ingredients for one portion.

(1) Ingredients

200g of boiled dog meat, 150g of gravy, 50g of green onion, 50g of leek, 40g
of dropwort, 20g of perilla

(2) Sauce

3g of salt, 5g of perilla, 10g of mashed garlic, 2g of red pepper, a little amount
of pepper.

(3) Cooking Instructions

Eat while boiling the soup, dog meat, gravy, vegetables and other ingredients
in a pan. If it is excessively boiled, the color of vegetables can be changed,
deteriorating the taste of the soup. So once it is boiled, cooking over a weak fire,
begin eating.

You might feel a bit wuff the next morning, but its worth it.
