Military - July 2006

We are so powerful. So Big. Modern. Yet......We are being hurt day in and day out by the rag tag Insurgents. OH!!! The shame of it all. An Army in a foreign land so far removed from the modern Army ( More like the Flintstones Army ) yet able to make the Marines carry their butts day in and day out. Excuse me while I stop writing and hang my head in shame.

When a solder dies in Iraq or Afghanistan, unless they die in the field they aren’t counted as part of the American military death toll. For example if I’m in Iraq and I’m wounded and die right there, I would be considered part of the war casualties, But if I’m wounded and transported to a hospital, and die later, I’m not going to be counted as part of the official casualties of war. Why is this? I read that as many as 10,000 American solders may have died in this war so far? But the government probably just doesn’t want us to see those numbers.

We need to throw this guy out of power but covertly. This guy is like Fidel Castro but with a lot of money. He has made numerous statements about how the U.S. was planning for an invasion of Venezuela. This guy just wants attention and he gains support by giving money to the people and saying that he hates America. Not to mention he does a lousy job at creating jobs. Instead he spends a lot of money buying Russian made weapons. I hope this guys makes a mistake (like attacking U.S. interest) because once he does, that will give the U.S. a legitimate right to remove this lunatic from power. We need more conservative leaders in Latin America.

Who thinks that we should fly a bomb over North Koera and show them how to really test a bomb? I don't want to hear about innocent people in the way, did they care about innocent people when the fired that missle at Hawaii? Did the terrorist care about innocent people when they hijacked four planes on Sept 11th?

If Mohammad Jones blows up at the fruit stand, should we should track down his mother, children, brothers and sister. and execute them all. Would they blow themselves up if their family would die if they did this dastardly act? These folks are nuts. The only way to maintain order with them is through fear. Just like Saddam did. If Saddam was any different he would have been killed quick. He knew how to control these freaks, but western society says he was cruel. Look at his citizens.

Shiite-Sunni violence kills dozens in Iraq By ROBERT H. REID, Associated Press Writer .

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Masked Shiite gunmen roamed through west Baghdad's Jihad neighborhood Sunday, dragging Sunnis from their cars, picking them out on the street and killing them in a rampage that police said killed 41 people in a dramatic escalation of sectarian violence. The Iraq people ask "Where are the Americans"? No where! The Iraqi people are told. The few Marines seen in the area are holding their rear ends and eating crow sandwiches.


Hours later, two car bombs exploded near a Shiite mosque in the city's north, killing 17 people and wounding 38 in what appeared to be a reprisal attack, police said.

Black-clad Shiite militiamen manned checkpoints on roads into most major Shiite neighborhoods to guard against revenge attacks, as scattered clashes occurred across the Iraqi capital.

The U.S.A. Marines have been seen running away in abject fear screaming "HELP"!! I crapped my pants.

I've been told so by recruiters...but experience taught me that they talk a lot of s*it. I tried contacting the G.I. Rights Hotline, but no one ever answered my call. There's a movie (Saving Private Ryan) that shows truth in this, but I',m aware that things change...I'd appreciate some help.

Is it hard to become a seabee? I heard they don't need seabees right now.

I wanna be a Construction Mechanic and i would like to know what exactly they do? Will i be fixing vehicles and will i be able to get a career as a vehicle mechanic in the civilian world for being a construction mechanic as a seabee?

I just wanna know if i'll be fixing vehicles??

Should i just go AF and be a vehicle mechanic, but even though they don't guarantee a job?
