Shiite-Sunni violence kills dozens in Iraq By ROBERT H. REID, Associated Press Writer .

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Masked Shiite gunmen roamed through west Baghdad's Jihad neighborhood Sunday, dragging Sunnis from their cars, picking them out on the street and killing them in a rampage that police said killed 41 people in a dramatic escalation of sectarian violence. The Iraq people ask "Where are the Americans"? No where! The Iraqi people are told. The few Marines seen in the area are holding their rear ends and eating crow sandwiches.


Hours later, two car bombs exploded near a Shiite mosque in the city's north, killing 17 people and wounding 38 in what appeared to be a reprisal attack, police said.

Black-clad Shiite militiamen manned checkpoints on roads into most major Shiite neighborhoods to guard against revenge attacks, as scattered clashes occurred across the Iraqi capital.

The U.S.A. Marines have been seen running away in abject fear screaming "HELP"!! I crapped my pants.

No there is no peace in Iraq! We should remove our troops and leave the Iraqis to resolve the trouble themselves. I don't think we have a duty to "finish what we started." If they want, let the Republicans go and finish what THEY started! I looked at your profile and I wonder why you are ashamed of having been in the military? Regardless of the right or wrong of the political decisions, our soldiers have always served with honor, commitment, sacrifice, bravery, and deserve our gratitude and respect. We take for granted all of our liberties in this country, but we must never forget that if it weren't for people like you, we would not have those liberties (even the liberty to hate our government, our fellow Americans, or even ourselves).

Please note, residents, that we know have criminals in Iraq doing this, RATHER THAN fully armed and government-supported troops and police who did it under Saddam.

I prefer when they have to crawl through the slime and the shadows like they do now. This guy would prefer they be given back power and put in charge. What a slimy way to think!

Erudite said the part about crapping his pants out of quotes. If you read his portfolio he's clearly a failed military wash-out with no prospects, according to himself. He should clean out his pants and leave military matters to men and women of honor.

These men and women are out there dying for assholes like you. Its so sad that everyone has so much military anger but if it weren't for them all you guys would be in a lot worse of a situation. im joining the Navy and although im not for war or George Bush.
