Everyone who had a ticket by this cop was told he was sick and it would be rescheduled.. even those who asked for a dismissal. After watching them get nowhere doing that and them having to speak to another officer I just let the judge reschedule for me. I was told they have to dismiss it on failure to prosecute and cannot do this.
Is this true ?

Six undocumented Mexican immigrants were arrested today by U.S. Border Patrol agents at Qualcomm Stadium, after a report that they were stealing food and water meant for evacuees, according to spokesman Damon Foreman.

San Diego police responded to a call about alleged theft from the evacuation center and encountered six people in a van who didn't speak English and didn't have California driver's licenses, Foreman said. The police officers called the Border Patrol, who arrived at the stadium and made the arrests, he said. Foreman said the immigrants admitted they were Mexican citizens and that they were stealing.

IMHO they should all be immediately impaled alive at the border with a big sign that says thieves in English and Spanish.

This person pulled up too far, hit my car while I was in the store. They didn't leave a note or anything. SO I took a picture of license and left note with my info. I just want them to acknowledge they did it.... I waited for 15 mins but they never came out.

My husbands ex wife has posted a profile of he and I on Adult friend finder. She used a very old naked picture of him from when they were still married for the photo which she scanned into her computer before sending 2 stacks of old phots home with him when he dropped off his children.

I found the picture in there and just rolled my eyes, but I did blog about what she had done on my myspace (this was almost 2 months ago).

My in laws recieved a parkage from her with included printout of a profile she just created as well as mentioning documents from thier divorce and point to make (such as she never worked, had the children in daycare anyways and dosnt desreve alimony etc) my father in law had in his my documents (apparently my 12yr old step daughter went hunting through her grandfathers computer and either printed or emailed all those files for her mom.

What charges can I file against her in the state of N.H.?

I was skateboarding through a supermarket parking lot last Sunday. I wasn't doing any tricks like "grinding" or anything. I was merely using my board as a faster means of transportation. As I was skating, I passed a security guard who yelled "No skateboarding!" After that, I skated right past him and ignored him. He flipped a U-turn (as he was in a golf cart) and caught up with me half way through the parking lot. He pulled up behind me and again told me me to get off of my board. Not wanting to cause any trouble, I decided to comply. I picked up my board and proceeded to walk my way through the parking lot. All the while I was thinking, "what could this guy have done if I refused to listen to him?"

Does anybody know anything about this subject? If I kept going, could he have chased and detained me? Could he have confiscated my skateboard? Or could I have kept on skating as if he didn't even exist? Thank you

anytime a police agency needs money they can target a local with some assets and if they find even the smell of drugs on any money they can take everything...and all money is drug tainted. the government use the drug market to fund covert operations thus marijuana will never be legal

I had searched him for a couple months now and he always showed up in the system, but the release date was not until next March. I searched him again today and the site says there is no record of him. Does that mean he got released? Or transfered to another place? Last time he was transfered it showed up on the website, so does anyone know what this means?

OK, I change the color of my hair somewhat frequently... not too often, but like once a year maybe (little more often than most ppl, I guess).
Well, I live on a military base and the gate guards need to check my ID everytime I come home. My ID looks exactly like me, it doesn't misrepresent my looks, only my hair is dark brown in it (it was taken 2 1/2 yrs ago, and it doesn't expire until 1 yr from now) and its blonde now.
The gaurds always stare at it for a long time... and they say "I don't know..." and once I had my glasses on and my hair up and the gate guard freaked out... "This don't even look like 'er" and I showed her my other (dependent, non-work) ID, but my hair was light brown there, and my license and she needed someone else to come and look at it... Ugh.
Then tonight a gate gaurd said I needed to get a new ID b/c my hair color was different. OK, every time I need to go in to the place to get my ID and spend litterally all day there (there's always a 2-3 hour wait)...

When fighting a fire...it seems that the most common cause of death in the line of duty is when the roof collapses?

Correct me if I am wrong.

Why would you get on the roof of a burning building knowing that eventually it will collapse?

Considering that California police suspect arson, could this have been a terrorist attack? Do you think we'll hear from some radical terrorist group claiming responsibility?

Has anyone heard if this is even being looked into?

I know that if someone sells drugs to an undercover cop, they are busted pure and simple. But I recently heard of someone who was busted for trying to buy drugs from a narc.Isn't it entrapment if a cop offers to sell crack to someone? David Lee Roth was busted in Washington Square Park some years ago for trying to buy weed. It wasn't that he was spotted buying it by a cop but the cops were doing the selling. How could they do that? I'm not condoning drug use, but this doesn't seem ethical. Explain?

I have to go to traffic court tomorrow. I havent had a ticket in 15 years. It was for no turn on red. I know i didnt turn on red on this street because I watched a 3 car accident in this spot this summer and am overly cautious there and driving in general because I have kids and value their lives. I dont know what to expect and financially cant afford high ins and a big fine.

As police represent safety, peace and the law in society, would it not make sense that a crooked officer should face harsher penalties than the average citizen if they violate the trust of society.

In your answer please state if you are a law enforcement officer or not.

molestation. Okay, my little sister(16) was touched, while she said No. He forced his hands down her pants, and she said No, and he continued and kept pushing him away. Basically, she ended up going to the cops with my parents. They took both of their statements, the detective had told her they don't have a case, becuase she had kissed him on the cheek when she left(she only did it because he gave her this kinda threatening look, like, act normal and don't say anything). Now. to the actual question. I had confronted him via IM. smart me saved the IM. Where he admits, but not in the direct words that he had done it. Basically, I want to know since my sister said she doesnt want to pursue because they had told her "the court would not see your way", if my IM could help? Also, me being the over protective sister, i threatened him, like i'd break his hands if he ever came near her. If i got her to show the conversation. can I also get into trouble for the threat?
