Worse development in law enforcement ever. Because of anti-drug hysteria and the phony "War On Drugs," due-process rights have been completely trashed.

Civil Forfeiture is in place to seize the assets of FELONS not just drug dealers.

It is separate from the criminal charges and all cases are taken before a judge unless the offender does not fight the seizure.

So, what you are saying does not happen. Property is not seized because the police smell marijuana.

You are just a hate slinger with no clue what you are talking about. These are your rantings.... not valid questions.

Oh, and thanks for the thumbs down you gave me.... re-enforces the fact that I am right and you know it and that makes your skin crawl!

Obviously it IS legal. This does not happen in all drug cases. Usually only the ones including dealers.
