ok....yesterday me and 4 other friends of mine took a trip from dallas, tx all the way to san antonio, tx...which is about a 5 hour drive. On the way home last night we were pulled over on the freeway by a state trooper and given a citation for speeding....80 in a 65 zone...it is normally a 70 or 75 zone but since it was night time, there was a speed reduction. On the citation where you can check the box to say if i had passengers in the car the officer didnt check it...although i had 4 other people in the car with me. I seriously do not believe that i was going 80 because i looked down when i saw him and i was going about 75...but according to his radar i was going 80. Now i got this ticket in a town that is about 4 hours away from where i live. I also do not have the address on my license updated even though the address on my insurance card is, so when he printed out the citation it has an old address on it. Is there any thing i can do? and how will this affect my insurance?

I was pulled over by a cop on the reservation. He thought I was intoxicated. I was not, he administered some DWI tests. I know very well that I did not fail them and he said I did, but then he lets me go. If I would have in fact failed all these tests would I have not been allowed to leave? in my vehicle morever?

Based on my neighbor's behavior I'm 90% certain that they sell drugs. Here's why I say that:
1. It's a married couple in their late 20's with a 6yr old son.
2. They are missing a couple teeth but live in a fairly expensive neighborhood.
3. The mom doesn't work and the dad doesn't have a regular work schedule.
4. There are at least 4 different cars, some of which I've never seen before, parked in front of their house/in their driveway.
5. Recently, the cars have gotten nicer and nicer- today there was a BMW, H3, and a Lexus (all newer) in front of their house at the same time.
6. Over the past three months I've seen AT LEAST 30 cars I don't recognize parked in their drive way.
7. The majority of the people who get out of these cars are always on their cellphone.
Maybe I'm just paranoid but I really want to know if they sell drugs. Any ideas other than trying to buy from them? I don't want to do anything dumb to get myself hurt in any way OR create conflict. HELP!

I'm getting drunk for a good cause on Thursday! The local police academy has bought a ton of liquor and wants us to get blitzed, so the student cops can practice sobriety tests.
I need some ideas for clever jokes to say to the cops, you know the things you'd want to say if a cop pulled you over, but don't because you don't want to go to jail for pissing them off!
Any ideas?

There has to be a law!

--- so many teens and adults are into it -- if they actually disclose in public, the numbers would be way higher

My daughters friend has hooked up with a very strange boyfriend. Your typical "bad-boy" type and then some. His entire family is probably kin to someone on the Jerry Springer show. Well this young lady has been suddenly getting strange phone calls saying that she better leave the boyfriend alone if she knows what is good for her. Apparently they are using a voice changer and she says it sounds like the scary voice on the movie Scream....I have to admit I never seen the show so I am only going by what I am told. I suggested that she go to the police but she is afraid to do that - why I dont know - so I thought maybe there would be another suggestion like maybe the cell company will trace the call? Her parents are in another state so she always ask my daughter and then me for advice. I think that she should have asked for the advice before hooking with the boyfriend but that is beside the point. Any suggestions?

ok so a month ago i went over to my friends house and i accidently left my digital camera there on her kitchen counter, at first it was no problem because i figured i would get it back when we hung out the next weekend but a week after this we stopped being friends and i tried to get my camera back. i left numerous messages and called and tried to set up times to come get it and she always had some excuse and then eventually stopped answering my calls. well she told me last night her dog (a pom) tore up the camera and im SOL. i told her that she had to replace is being that is was a brand new digital camera only used once ( i just got it from my bf a week before). she is outright refusing to replace it saying its not her fault and that legally she doesnt have to saying "possession is 9/10s of the law". what am i supposed to do!

do you think that people who commit horrific crimes should have the same treatment inflicted upon them that their victims were made to endure???

for example severe animal cruelty, i.e dog fighting, dont you think the people who do this should be locked up in a pit with a very aggressive pit bull and have the pit rip them to shreds??

be made to starve etc

the same treatment should go for rapists, peodophiles, murderers etc

i really think this would work!!! what do you think??
