Well, it depends on how old you are and the locality for which it occurred. Generally, if you are over 18 yr. of age than they could press charges against you for assault. If you are not over the age of 18 then your parents could press charges against them for assaulting a minor.
Keep in mind that the most important thing is proving who is the assailant and who sustained the most damages. This will determine who the primary aggressor was and generally that person is the one to receive punishment. So, even if you didn't start it but you finished it you still could be the one to get arrested, jail, etc.

The short answer is YES.
When you fight someone in a public place, the police can be called by any witness, and people can have charges filed against them for assault. Now if you were all fighting, if they press charges vs you, then you press charges vs them.
Depending on your age (ie if you are 35, or if you are 16) you might have different outcomes. If you are older than they are, bigger, stronger etc... you might get charged with more crimes. If you are younger than them (under 18) then they may get charged with attacking a juveinlle.

Actually you must be adult to press charges.
A minnor would have to have there gurdian press chrges.
With that said....ANYONE can press chrges (Adult) for anything. This simply means you've been charged it doesnt mean convicted.
I've seen people arrested for Harrassment. Meaning someone spoke loudlly at them AND tried to intemidate or coherse them into doing some thing they didnt want to do or they simply scared the crap out of them.
THEREFORE: you get arrested, go to jail.. get you pic taken. On the weekend your locked up , stripped naked, spread your cheeks search, totally humiliated until a judge say's you can get out. NOW that judge may say this is stupid all charges dropped.. BUT this still leads to the fact that you went to jail on someones word. And you walk away with this on your record.
It's a screwy world we live in.

Well, that depends on several circumstanses.
First, I can safely assume that this was not some sort of boxing match, or other sport, so that cannot be your defense.
However, if you were defending yourself, then they would have little cause to press charges, and you could do so if the issue is brought up.
If you went out, stirred up trouble, and brought this fight to those two, then they can press charges.

Most likely, depends on how old you are or if anyone was injured, when this occurred and who started it. If a lot of time has passed since the incident, I would think that they would have already done so. Also, if your younger than they are I also doubt they would. But I'm sure they could if there's cause to.
Good luck.

Well what happened exactly. It depends on the circumstances and what state you live in. You could be charged with assault and battery or disorderly conduct or nothing at all. They could be charged with those or even physical abuse to a child...It all depends on the circumstances, injuries and your states laws, but your parents would have to press the charges against them because you are underage.

depends on where you live.
in the united states, definately yes...even then, it may depend on the state and it depends on what those kids want to do. Do they want to press charges? Who started the fight? Many things are a factor...u did not include enough details to really answer this question.

All of the above are correct. Don't not fret though, If they haven't done so already I am sure they are contemplating retaliation, in which case you may need to press charges.
