Graduate High School, get and associates degree studying corrections, or apply to the nearest police academy, graduate. Finally apply for a correctiond facility for jveniles and then you are in Juvenile Hall!
To me not only is this the best way, its smart well thought out But it may take few years....

EDIT: I wasn't being serious. I was making a joke about "getting into juvie" when I thought you might mean to go visit someone, or perhaps work there.
If you have any way to avoid a criminal record, AVOID IT.
