Labour have come up with the idea that a yellow exclusion box around an ATM will deter muggers. Can you picture the scene ? 2 or 3 muggers are about to steal your money you've just removed from the atm, but one of them suddenly exclaims, "Wait, we cant rob them, they're in the yellow exclusion zone. We cant go in therre...." Will they wait for you to come out of it before robbing you ? Will that then become a plea for them in court (if they're caught). Well your honour, we did wait for him to come out of the yellow box....

he cried to his mommy and she was only trying to get us back because after many stealing incidents, her son " stole" from my home when only my little brother was here. He took my gun and ammo. I went to the police and they said they couldnt do anything because it was my word against his word, and anyways we still didnt press charges. Now she comes off with this crap! Yesterday was our court date. We went and they said to have no contact with the victim and my best friend, and they put both defendants(my friend and I) on parental house arrest! I need a good attorney and I would like to know some possible outcomes to this...I will post more later.

I have noticed that when I get called to an illegaly parked vehicle, the offender always feels the need to point out other cars on the street that are also illegaly parked, yet I have also noticed that motorist feel obligated to warn other motorist by flashing their lights that there is a police car running radar up ahead. Why is it you want to warn some of the public and drop dimes on the others.

I was recently pulled over for an expired tag and in addition I did not have current proof of insurance. I did have valid insurance at the time, I simply did not have proof with me. my daughter was interviewed and told a deputy that her father was touching her inappropriately. the deputy said it was a 288 (penal code talk). our case in under investigation. what happens next? i know we are going to court, i'm not sure when though. will he be arrested before we go to court?

I doubt that young gangsters like the ones in L.A., will dress up in a business suit and act nice and professional when buying a gun. NOT that that means anything. But in otherwords, is it that easy to fool gun sellers into making them think that you're a good person and will use guns for a nonviolent cause?

How do those gangsters get guns?

Shouldn't there be requirements in hiring a gun seller. He should have some degree in gun selling and use a Lie detecctor .

my exboyfriend was threatening me & calling me every 2 min (no exaggeration) leaving numerous voicemails on the phone such as "if u leave me im gonna break your jaw", "have you ever seen the inside of a cranium", "you better come over here or im gonna be in jail & youre gonna be in craven regional (hospital)". so i reported it to the police & let them hear the messages. they pulled his record, he has 35 diff aliases & 5 pages full of nothing but felony assults. & all the cops & the magistrate know him by name from dealing w/ him. im really afraid of him because he told me before he would kill me if i left him. but they only set his bond at 500$ meaning he only needs 75$ (15%) for a bail bondsman to get him out. im afraid he may be bailed out & on my court date he may not show up & then do something to me when i come out of the court house. & i have to go to court or otherwise i will be arrested because i was subpoenaed. what should i do? & why is his bond so low with that record?

coward to answer the phone and confront me. I found out he lied to me and found out little by little the truth about all his lies. Today, I found out the worst one. I called him and his voice mail answered so I left him a message that his act was up and I found out the truth about him and what he is all about. Well, I got an email, telling me he filed a harassment report against me to my city police dept. He lives in NY. I live in another state. First may he be lieing? Can he file a complaint with my police dept. Shouldnt he have to file one in his own city?Also, he said he called it in..I dodon't you have to file a complaint in person? i just got a speeding ticket in Georgia and the State patrol officer didn't ask me if i wanted him to calibrate his radar or if i wanted to verify the speed that he stated i was traveling in any way. He didn't even tell me why he had pulled me over he just got my information and came back with a ticket and said i was traveling 90 in a 70 mph zone. Can I fight this since the cop didn't ask if i wanted to verify my speed in any way? also where can I find a law that states whether it is contestable or not. any help is greatly appreciated.

Can law enforcement enter a residence( where a person ,staying at said residence is on probation) and for instance Force open without a warrant a locked Safe that belong to another resident who is not on probation?
