Police are trained to strike in certain areas of the body, a baton is not meant to be a lethal weapon, but in many instances the officer is attempting to strike a safe area but the suspect moves and is unfortunately hit in his head. S--- happens

for the record,, all police clubs are designed to break just under the pressure it requires to break a human skull for obvious reasons. This was done 40 years ago so sick people like you couldnt get their jollies

The cops are carefull to only beat there victims on the body with clubs.They do not use clubs on the face.

For this to happen, the skull which is quite thick, has to split open. There is no way for this policeman to justfy such a lethal blow, should it happen in real life .
