Do you think we should bring back the Death Penalty - on
cases where there is 100% evidence that the person was
guilty of the crime.
Also should return guilty people to their home Country?

I met a police man and he asked for my number. I just gave my number to him and after talking to him on the phone for 8 times he told me today that he really wants to kiss me and massage my back. I was shocked and changed the subject because I thought we were only friends. I'm not happy with his calls anymore. What should I tell him?

This happens very often in trains running between Mumbai and South India. Some eunuchs threaten that they will kiss you if you don't give money. On such occasions many travellers prefer to part with their money to avoid the possibility of getting AIDS. Railway Police and TTEs do not bother about this menace.

I'm sitting here watching Scream, and thought if Drew Barrymore's character had a cell phone she could have text messaged the cops. But got to thinking... can that be done?

So....Anyone know if it's possible to text message 911? I know my phone and most others have a type of locator on them that can be tracked.

Just curious!

my daughter told me that her father has been doing nasty things to her. we reported it to the sheriff and now there is an investigation. i don't know if the father knows yet, but i have just informed that he, all of a sudden, has moved. he is ordered, by the court, to inform me 40 days in advance of any moves. if the police go to his home, and realize that he has left, will there be a warrent out for his arrest?

How much trouble could someone get in if they posted (with nothing but tape thats easy to take off) big posters with nothing offensive or obstructive of any kind and is completely clean and safe inside a public building without any permission (just once and not repeatedly or anything) ??? this is just hypothetical. i just want to know if they can actually get into trouble?

Is it their parents or just society as a whole? I see a lot of the kids that I deal with are disrespectful to the law. Most of their parents stick up for them (although calling us a week later when the kids have gotten out of control).

this was all on video and audio.
A person I know was arrested on a misdemeaner and the arresting officer did not read him his rights when in custody. While walking to the police car, the officer asked him a question unrelated to the first charge which eventually led to another charge.
I believe "all questioning" should be stopped at the scene and on the way to booking because he was denied his miranda warnings in the first place and this should stand for the second charge as well, right or wrong?

The offense was committed and observed outside of the county. The officer then pursued the individual outside of the home county and issued the tick outside of the county.
