This happens very often in trains running between Mumbai and South India. Some eunuchs threaten that they will kiss you if you don't give money. On such occasions many travellers prefer to part with their money to avoid the possibility of getting AIDS. Railway Police and TTEs do not bother about this menace.

I think a group of about fifty good citizens should get together and spend about a week riding the trains and pepper spraying every one of these jerks every time they try it. If the police won't do anything about them, they probably won't do anything about y'all either. Good luck.

U will not contact AIDS, however, it is better to pay them some money, till a solution is found. The police have their hands full with so many problems including terrorism. At last the eunuchs are begging, they are not stealing or committing a crime. Maybe, the police can stop them from begging in trains, but they will beg elsewhere.

I have never been to India, but I have read about this. Why are people afraid of contracting AIDS? You can't get it from a kiss. I am not familiar with Indian culture, so I assume most people are non-confrontational like Japan. I know in the States, that a transvestite would risk getting beat up for doing this. I have been harrassed by homeless people before for money. I just usually give them some change, or tell them I don't have any money. If they step out of line and get agressive, than I would consider getting physical.

ignor ,never be embarrassed by anyone we all have choices,kissing somebody will not give you aids ,the railway police and t.t.'s get paid to allow such people on the trains .stop corruption or never succumb.

Have you realised that these eunuchs have been reduced to begging by social descrimination for no fault of theirs?. Can you say with confidence that it will not happen to a child in your family also?.
