Does anyone know what I can do if a traffic camera inaccurately captured my license plate. I made a complete stop at the intersection, but the camera snapped and said I did not stop at the intersection. I attempted to dispute the citation, however their recording looks like it was edited somehow making it look like I never stopped. What can I do? When I went to dispute the citation, I talked to several others around me and they had the same problem saying that the camera is inconsistent and snaps photos whether you made a complete stop or not. A few others say that they were cited because the vehicle in front of them ran a red light causing the camera to snap their photos. I feel this is so unfair. I am planning to call the media lines at the local newsstations to have them investigate the issue. What else can I do to prevent others from getting cited at this unjust intersection? I suppose theres nothing I can do to get the citation removed?

This practice sounds really cruel but now I think about it could be what they do. If the answer is yes has anybody tried to protest against it. The dogs would spend their entire lives withdrawing from drugs.

I am usually not that opinionated but I don’t understand what the hell is wrong with these people? In a matter of one month one family in Boston killed their 4 year old girl by giving her to much medicine and they watched her choke to death, in Pennsylvania a dad knocks his 2 year old out with one punch wraps her up in a blanket, takes her outside in 3 degree weather and lets her freeze to death. Meanwhile in NH a mother and father punish their 4, 6 and 8 year old by putting duck tape on their mouth and holding them under water for minutes at a time. And to top it all off a young father in Florida thinks it’s a good idea to punish his 16 yes 16 month old with a stun gun. I think that the Eighth Amendment (no cruel and unusual punishment) should not apply to all these animals. Would some one from law enforcement or some one who has been incarcerated please tell me that justice is served in prison on all of these pieces of human garbage.

A friend of mine get arrested for possession, and got probation for a year. He had to submit to drug tests and stuff, and recently he went in and there was alcohol in his system. He is 20. I haven't been able to get a hold of him since he went to court for this violation. Is it likely he's in jail? How can I find out for sure if he is?

I AM CONCERNED IF WE GET TO THE BORDER THAT WE MAY NOT ENTER /LEAVE DO TO PREVIOUS HISTORY CRIMINAL/ARREST OF A RELATIVE. WE HAVE BEEN TRING TO RESEARCH WHAT TYPE OF ARRESTS ETC... WOULD NOT ALLOW US TO CROSS THE BORDERS BY LAND. I HAVE SEARCHED CANADIAN CUSTOMS WITH NO RESULTS. WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY HEARD FROM OTHER PEOPLE (QUESTIONABLE IF THEY NEW THE LAW) THAT IF YOU HAD A OWI (OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE INTOXICATED)THAT YOU WONT BE ABLE TO ENTER CANADA OR BACK INTO THE UNITED STATES. ALSO IF A PERSON HAD A FELONY BE DENIED ACCESS TO CANADA/USA. ANY INFO WOULD REALLY BE HELPFUL.

If a police officer has broken the law and you witnessed it… can you do a citizens arrest and arrest him with handcuffs. What would happen if the police officer resisted and instead fought you? You would lose because it would be considered as if you assault him. What do you think?

from today's Chicago Sun Times newspaper:
DEADLY CRASH NOTHING TO SMILE ABOUT
Crossing the street on their way to church, Frank and Helen Lilly were run down by an alleged drunken driver. Helen died, and Frank is in intensive care. The driver, Thomas Postulka, had been charged in another DUI just two days before.Frank G. Lilly, Helen's husband of 50 years, remains in intensive care nearly three weeks later.
What makes this tragedy even harder on the Brookfield couple's family and friends is that an alleged drunken driver struck the Lillys -- only two days after he'd been charged with another DUI.
"It just seems like someone who had a DUI, his second one in that many days, just shouldn't be driving around," said the couple's daughter, Lisa Lilly, 41.
But under Illinois law, Thomas J. Postulka had full driving privileges Jan. 22 when the fatal crash happened in front of St. Barbara Catholic Church in Brookfield.

Okay so here is my sad story. I was driving down Ortega highway which is a 45 mph zone then it changes to 40. There was a truck a little bit a head of me to the right. And he had a dog in the back bed. I had just heard about dogs jumping out of trucks and people hitting them. So I started to speed up to get away from the truck. So I’m almost to the onramp to the freeway and I get pulled over.

So I was thinking about telling the cop about the dog and how I was scared but I figured he wouldn’t believe me. So im figuring he clocked me rite when I was going around the truck with the dog. On top of everything I was late for a job interview and I think I may have been in a double fine zone. So I pretty much had a really bad day yesterday.
