My ex is like 15,000 behind in child support. He left the country and went to Taipei. I hired outside help, but they didn't seem to do much. The Ohio CSEA wont do crap, or even try. I am supporting us okay, but a little help would be nice! I don't qualify for government help due to my income. Bounty hunter maybe?

law enforcement placed someone who was diagnosed Bi-Polar and had a history of drug and alcohol abuse behind the wheel of a school bus in the very community they are sworn to protect and then put this person in situations where drugs were readily available ? At my web-site you can view P-test and note that it is not exactly confirmed that the test actually were taken from Barbara Maver . www.scint-stinks.com

I live in the city of Bellflower, CA which is in LA County. I need to know the following. Are the sheriffs that service our city (Bellflower) required to also enforce LA County laws or do our city laws take precedent.

What is the likely outcome if someone violates his/her probation for a misdemeaner DWI? This person has no other criminal record besides the DWI. The violation is the result of failing the breathalizer test required to start his/her car (put in place as part of probation).

He has 3 warrants he has no money to pay for over $6000 all are for Speeding and traffic stuff that he never took care of because he didn't have any money. Some are improper registration and stuff like that. They arrest him and let him go, they want the money.
They have suspended his license for 5 years. He can't afford an Attorney. He has a two year old and 1 on the way. It has gone on so much now He has no means to take care of it.
He has jobs on and off but has no transportation to work.
I don't want to enable him by bailing him out, is there anything I can do?

I was watching the news about the 3rd teenager to be shot, and apparantly there are "gangs" of teens who carry guns and knives.
I'm from County Durham, am a teen and NEVER heard of anything like this before.
How can they want "respect"? How can they be able to get guns?
I was amazed at this and the previous incidents and wondered what your thoughts were?
Thanks

i never recieved a citation or had been arrested for a leaving the scene of an accident. Another driver claimed i had hit his car and i drove off because i dont have a drivers liscence. I didnt see any damage on my ride but a cop called me any asked what happened on the phone and i told him everything. The officer told me it would be a civil matter. a week later he called me and said he was sending a report for DWLS and leaving the scence to the prosecuters desk. I called the court house and the file was on the desk being investigated and i called a week after that and there was no longer a file on my incident. did they through it out for lack of evidence?

Does anybody know how New York child support enforecement translates to California? I know that New York is very tough and if you are living in California, how does the enforcement order work? I know in New York they actually do a Child Support Audit, regardless of whether the parent is on aid. Then if the amount the parent received doesn't match, they do after the other parent for back child support. If the other parent is living in California, does anybody know if the same laws apply as they relate to wage garnishment?

I have quite a few driving infractions, including driving while suspended, driving without insurance, and speeding. I also, unfortunatley, spent a few short self-imposed stints in a mental healthcare facility. I really would love to be a police officer more than anything else, but I am worried that my past will keep me from being able to do so. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I want to pay for everything to go to Police Academy myself, do any states allow this preferably in Georgia, SC, or Florida; I am willing to look at other states as well.?

Will I have a more likely chance of getting hired or pretty much the same? I am also taking additional courses in language, weapon training, additional law enforcement courses not provided by the academies, and advance hand to hand combat. I preferably just want to do basic beat patrol.

Basically want I am asking, with all this what am I looking at in law enforcement.

I was driving home when the storm started in PA the other night. A car in front of me was losing control (stopping short) and in order to avoid hitting them I passed on the left in a no passing zone. If I had gone right there was a snow bank forming. As I passed left a police officer was a block up and saw this, however didn't stop me. I drove another 2-3 miles home and was stopped in my driveway by the officer after parking my car. He ordered me back into my vehicle and ran my documents. He quickly returned to say he had another call to get to and that I would get documents in the mail. I tried to discuss what happened but he just walked away and drove off. I assume he meant tickets. I freely admitted I improperly passed, but I was in control of the vehicle and was under the speed limit (about 20 mph in a 35mph). It was either accident or go around. It seems like this was strangley handled by the officer, I plan to fight it in court, any input would be appreciated on this...
